| Select the hat, open it, click "Handle", press Ctrl X, delete the hat (DON'T cut it, use the Delete Key), press Ctrl V in Workplace, select the Handle again, make it anchored or can collide (if both [and it falls through your baseplate] press the pause button before you Ctrl V it), put it on a character, get a C-Framer, pull the hat down until you like it, group the hat with the figure, done. |

| I know that, I said cut the handle then delete the hat, don't cut the hat because you'll overwrite the handle and you'll end up pasting the hat instead. |
