I just figured this out. It's extremely simple as Roblox has the script made for you.
1. Go on your character in roblox
2. Copy the text from the LocalScript animate.
3. Paste it into a Script in the desired NPC.
The NPC now animates! >=D |

| You need to change it from a LocalScript to a Script. Then it works, I tried it myself. |

| Yes, I did. But the character didn't animate properly (ex: it only animated arms). |

I'm guessing you don't know how to script. Well, let me tell you something.
Scripting takes time. =
If you want to make a full animation script, it will take over an hour at least. |

If you know loops and CFrame; you can make animations. |
