Search "timbers army" on google.
We care about soccer, or as you would call it, football. |

| I understand some of you like football, or soccer, but alot of you flame the sport, and I am standing up for it by proving their arguments invalid. |

In Canada, there are more registered soccer/football players than ice hockey players, so yes we do care.

Have you ever attended a MLS/EPL match? No.
So you have no say.
It's VERY fun to watch. |

| Its fun to watch if your around people who like the sport. Go to Brazil and watch matches there. The fans are so pasionate that they are sometimes more entertaining to watch than the actual players |

@Kabore I went to a local team play Santos, sadly before Neymar was playing for them, and it was INCREDIBLE to watch the HUGELY loyal fans who followed their team across the globe to England to watch them play a small team, and there was about 1,000 of them and they made SOOO much noise. It was incredible from a neutruls point of view. |

@Pokemon
There is no atmosphere in American games, in Europe or South America is is COMPLETELY different, however.
And it is mathematically impossible to sit 1000 feet from your favourite team for me, as English stadiums aren't like that.
And also, there are more right turns in F1 than left turns, foolish person. |

@Kingzeb: -Toronto FC -Portland Timbers -Seattle Sounders -Vancouver Whitecaps
Those are four teams in the American/Canadian league with an good atmosphere, even watching on TV it feels good.

| There is atmosphere in American games aren't completely different. Portland Timbers atmosphere is closest to a Europe feel than anything. Seattle's atmosphere is fantastic aswell. |

Not Toronto or Vancouver...
I have never seen BMO field full, and when I watched the Earthquakes vs WhiteCaps game last season. When the Whitecaps won on a final minute goal. I didn't hear anything. |

Cdawg you can't talk, you've never been to a race or footy game. ======================================================== Went to a U of L Soccer game...
I got horse racing in KY and the only reason that's fun is betting on it
Besides going to the stadium its at makes it better i wont lie but still i dont find it fun to watch
Nascar=sit for 3+ hours and watch cars do the same thing over and over until a crash or pit stop
Soccer= watch players dribble a ball for 90 minutes back and fourth until one manages to catch the defense in a lull and score
I've been to hockey games too and i wont say they were best but the where okay

Kingzeb stop trying to be techincal im just doing rough ballpark estimates and when im talking about going to game i wasnt being spefic just to soccer it was in general......
And your first comment is totally invalid if american games really have no atmosphere then why are they're devoted hardcore fans for pro/college sports in america we even got students punching sutdents out at high school and middle school games over which is better
Cameron Crazies at duke(proably spelled it wrong but dont care) The student section at camp taylor in wisconsin The Contasnt D riding and devotion of NY to the yankees The load roaring at almost every single NFL game possible Google a MLS game i want you to tell me how much you can hear the fans in it NBA games nuff said |
