This is Major Askirai of Griffin Squad. Please listen closely.
Training is essential for survival on the battlefield. Soldiers are trained to use weapons, tactics, and leadership. You may say you have it all, but trust me, you don't. Don't act like you can under tough pressure, because that's my training. Can't handle it? Welcome to the siphoning. My training is there to siphon out the weaker soldiers and bring up the new. I highly recommend you toughen up and get with it.
-=Tactical Training=-
Tactical training is important in combat to avoid casualties, get around enemy flanks, and positioning of men. First off, no more Rambo stuff. That gets you killed. You stay as a team, and your squad leader will tell you where to go, what to do, and how to do it. T.T. are held at Fort Polaris, Sunday-Tuesday, 3:00PM-3:00AM East Coast US time.
-=Weapon Training=-
Weapons are, well, dangerous. always point them away from you, and don't shoot your own men. Basic rules are STRICTLY enforced. You disobey once and you are removed from training immediately. Weapon training increases accuracy of shooting your weapon, utilizing the best one for whichever combat you are in, and finally obedience of weaponry. You own that rifle, do not let it own you. W.T. are held at USST Platinum, Wednesday-Thursday, 3:00AM-3:00PM East Coast US time.
-=Leadership Training=-
Leadership makes all these training possible. For example, you get one inexperienced soldier into the battle, he will die because he doesn't know how to shoot the gun. If he survives that, he will die from exposure to lead and explosions, not knowing where to go. Leadership training is a one person on one person deal. It is very tough, and only 7 out of 30 make it past this training. L.T. are help at USST Platinum, Friday-Sunday, 3:00AM-3:00PM East Coast US time.
I will teach you a lot of these traits you will need for future wars. Do not disobey me, go against what I say, or other disrespectful things like that. Always listen to the soldier in command when in squads, remember to listen to him once I give him or her the order to command his or her troops. Always listen, that is the key to success. |

Safety is #1 on the list of things to hold onto for dear life. One mistake and someone could get KO'ed. In the various training grounds that are conceived in the period of time, safety has not been brought about as much as I would like it to be.
-=Stances=-
Standing while another soldier behind you is shooting is obviously a terrible idea. For maximum damage of a direct wall of fire, soldiers in a double layered line must work together for a effort to stop raiders. Soldiers in front must crouch to avoid being hit and the soldiers in back will stand, making a very deadly wall of GS soldiers!
-=Teamwork=-
Teamwork. It's brought around alot and most soldiers use it. It is highly recommended you are all working together as one and not as a bunch of bad soldiers with weapons. Teamwork is so highly essential to a battle that almost no battles would be won without teamwork.
-=Sword Fights=-
Ah, the ol' Iron Killer. Useful against enemies at very close range, and same to an unexpectant soldier nearby. Swords are put at the most dangerous dangerous weapon on ROBLOX due to their power, their manuverasive ability, and swiftness. Swords are deadly if you simple swing around with soldiers inside it. Keep your sword to yourself, and away from GS soldiers.
These points of safety are enforced and will not be broken. These safety points are meant here to help you in battle for a massive win for GS. |

Weapons, as is, are highly dangerous, no matter the device. Swords being #1 on the list of dangerous weapons, there are rifles, knives, grenades, rocket launchers, Kaibos, leaf letter bombs, snipers, pistols, and the list will never end unless I end it here.
-=Pistols=-
The "Sturdy Burgy" of the hand, the pistol was derived from the rifle, a single shot weapon that fired a casing about the size of a golfball. As the pistol slowly evolved from a single shot to fully automatic, accidents DID occur with them. Even their small size can make them the second most deadliest weapon in ROBLOX. Deagles, Barrettas, M9s, ASC-13, the .44, the .375, the .406, the rounds just keep getting bigger and bigger, but smaller in compaction. Any pistol damage is a hazard to your health, and it is highly recommended that you utilize the safetly of the pistol. Due to recent accidents of misfire, unlawful activity, and even horsing around, most pistols are banned from training except the weaker ones like a SP-111, the smallest, weakest pistol made. In training, you will use the SP-111 as a training weapon.
-=Rifles=-
Rifles are incredibly deadly, no doubt. Not a single rifle in history has been not used to take down massive armies in war. rifles are the soldier's best friend, and just as killer as the soldier who carries it. Rifles were designed by the French as a form of flinging small, but fast, objects at the enemy, inflicting wounds that would maim, injure, or kill. Rifles nowadays are used to get in and out of the fight as quickly as possible. Some rifles like a BEK-F5398, it has a stopping power of over four THOUSAND grains of lead in one shot. That's enough to blow a hole in you so massive... You wouldn't have a body. Training rifles will not be that powerful, and we will be using the standard M16, AX, VC, and SA weapons.
-=Explosives=-
Hooray! I get to blow stuff up! Wrong. You don't get to blow stuff up, the grenade does. Grenades were brought to the world's attention by the Chinese, being the inventors of gunpowder as well. It was utilized in ship-to-ship warfare when the going got tough in cramped spaces. A single grenade would severely injure or kill several soldiers on the opposing side. Explosions have become much larger and more controlled since then, making grenades with a blast radius, missiles with ranged firing, and even timed explosives. Explosives are dangerous, obviously, and can tear an arm off with ease. Or a leg. Or spinal column. Always wear protective gear when handling the explosives

Look out! Enemy firing from the rooftops! That is something you will hear in urban warzones. Cover from fire is what saves lives. You see something that will cover you, you get there, no questions asked. Cover from fire includes barricades, trashbins, broken pieces of objects, cars, and so much more. Pretty much everything can be used, even dead soldiers.
-=Cover=-
You see soldiers on the other side of the ridge. Its about 350 studs to the next dug in. You see a soldier already shot on the ground, you start to panic... No worries, a tank is coming in! Utilize that tank for superiority of crossing because it is there to take down the enemy while protecting you. Always stay behind cover until all the enemy are taken down.
-=Time to go=-
Finding the right time to split can be tough, for enemy soldiers could be watching your exit very closely. You can find a way out though. if you backtrace your steps, or find an alternative route out of your situation, you are good! Just remember to dive out of enemy fire. Sleet Clan isn't very good at this, due to their inability to provide cover for their soldiers, they do not have time to think about getting shot. When you can, use any or all cover in the firefight as much as possible to ensure a win for GS.
-=Medic!=-
Most battles require a medic or two. Most firefights are at incredibly close quarters, and you have to be in covering to be helped. Medics are fast, but not that fast. You need to stay behind cover so that you can be helped as quickly as possible. If you are hit, get to cover before you get shot again. Medics do best under pressure, due to them being the most experienced soldiers on the battlefield. |

Humvees, tanks, gunships, anything with wheels or that can fly are dangerous if filled with bloodthirsty soldiers that are motivated to fight. But, not all transports are steady for you. Tanks are three manned vehicles that require only cover from RPGs or other explosives, so you protect it while it is shooting as well.
-=Hummers=-
Fast, manuverable, and have killer looks, these cars are meant for war. They can have turrets strapped on top, seats in back, and even killing armour spikes on the sides. These cars are ruthless, and do not go against any rules if they do not have automatic turrets on it. You can either hop in as the driver, and drive around enemy fire like Jimmy Jux Jr., or be a passenger and shoot outside the Hummer, providing covering fire from the enemy so your driver doesn't drive like Jimmy Jux Jr.
-=Tanks=-
Heavy duty killing machines, require only one shell and boom goes the soldier, slow but powerful, and heavily armored. Tanks have thick armor, about 5 studs thick. They have a massive main gun that fires rounds as big as 103mm and to as small as 12mm. They are bred for war. Their treads can kill a soldier if run over. These things do not break any rules due to them being manual driven, shot, and looked over. You decide if you with to be the gunner, main cannon firing man, or the driver. Speed isn't needed if you have a main cannon that can blow you to pieces and shatter enemy lines.
-=Gunships=-
They fly, they hover, they do what they want, because they mean "Killer Bees". Gunships are meant to transport soldiers over enemy fire to the other side in a quick and clean manner. If they do, however, get under fire, they are allowed to use the one of many weapons to choose from onboard. Gunships are equipped with EMP launchers that disable scripts in models, rockets to dismantle barriers and bunkers, a chaingun on the front to lay down suppressive fire, and even bombs to drop on unsuspecting soldiers. the Gunship has up to 10 seats, disincluding the pilot. You can choose to be the pilot or a seated soldier. They are usually closed cabins, so to avoid getting shot from the inside. Gunships are heavily armoured as well and can transport other vehicles as well.

All soldiers are significant in the battle, even if its mopping up enemy soldier's guts off the tanks. You have your own role to play in the war, and you are expected to handle it like a man or woman. A tough woman.
-=Soldiers=-
All soldiers have certain abilities that they gain over time. They could be swordsmanship, marksmanship, or even partnership. They also have certain "classes" that they can be assigned to. They can be equipped with rocket launchers, snipers, automatic rifles, or explosives. Classes are designed to amplify a soldier's abilities in combat for maximum efficiency on the battlefield. It is recommended you choose a class that you can use instead of saying you can do it.
-=Female soldiers=-
Ah, the grand ol' maiden on the battle field. Wrong. The female soldier is just as strong as you are. Never treat them with disrespect. As a matter of fact, they can do much more than you could in warfare. most females are team snipers, meaning they have very good accuracy. But female soldiers on the battle field doesn't mean they can't take care of themselves.
-=Officers=-
Ten Hut! Officers are meant to be around for their duty. What they do is command, and command they do well because they are experienced. Never disobey an officer as well, for disciplinary action would soon follow. Officers are the toughest of the tough as well. Do not let their rank fool you. |

Ok, the RoDentia Convention Booklet is as stated: No unmanned weapontry on the battle field. That is literally the first thing in it.
-=RoDentia Convention Book=-
All rules in the RoDentia Convention Book are to be followed by every clan.
In Warfare, unmanned weapontry is not allowed. Admin use is frowned upon, but can be used for kicking out unwanted raiders AFTER the win or loss. Capturing enemy soldiers means you have them CAPTURED and HELD until further instructions. Killing captured soldiers is a bad thing to do, showing you are ignorant of the enemy. Maned craft like gunships, tanks, and humvees are allowed, no matter how strong, as long as they are driven by an actual person, not unmanned. Certain scripts are allowed like jail scripts that kick you from the game. These are allowed due to them being objects that touch you, then kick you. No admin use there. Weapontry that is weaker than the opposing team is not correct, giving the defenders a higher chance of winning. Weapons are to be of the exact same firepower, always. Hacking into things in-game is a violation to the RoDentia Convention Booklet, and doing so is an immediate loss to ANY clan. This includes speedhacking, exploiting, and so on with hacking. Gear hacks do not count as an actual hack, because that's gear. Glitching is also a violation of the RoDentia Convention Booklet. Glitching into bases is not hacking, but it against the rules of warfare, and will result in an immediate loss for ANY clan.
Written by Major Askirai, to everyone in ROBLOX. |

The Romans did it to conquer a large portion of Europe and Africa. The Greek did it to stop them. The Germans did it against the American forces on Normandy. French... They simply surrender. Massive armies have been around since the dawn of war. The more, the merrier.
-=Mass=-
We all know Mass times Speed equals Velocity, right? Well massive armies times weapontry plus skill over the square root of planning equals a winning raid. More men for the raid is a heightened chance of winning ANY raid. Its like Army Ants on a mole. they use teamwork to take the mole down, even if the mole can win easily, but becomes outnumbered by the mass of ants. Always alert GS of raids so we can win more defending raids against future happenings.
-=Technique=-
You have a massive army. Ok, good. Do you know how to use it? Moving massive armies takes skill, not just "Go there" or "Kill that". No, you must be able to point out direct targets and move your army there safely and without remorse! Most deaths in the Marines are due to leaders not doing their job correctly and some men get killed. So be careful in where you choose for your men to go.
-=Communication=-
Absolutely ESSENTIAL for moving armies is communication! Soldiers are trained to listen closely, do what they are told, and follow orders strictly. Communication is used for pretty much everything in warfare, and it must be done quickly. Always communicate together as a group, so to avoid being spread out in a warzone without much to do because you weren't told to do anything. |

Learning can be tough, especially under pressure. It is imperative that a soldier does not lose his head in battle. Losing control of a soldier is the last thing any commander wants. Control, command, and duty is a tight package for the soldiers now, but it is ensured that the soldier is held close to it for dear life.
-=Control=-
Get a hold of yourself! No man in the battle field is to be weak. Absolute control is needed for a spectacular display of fine soldiers' training. control can be given at any time, but is best when you train them under pressure. Training maps like actual fields where bombs go off is best suited for this scenario. Many games are out there that hold this form of training.
-=Command=-
Under one command, a clan can win anything, that is, if the commander is good. No commander can just simply run into the fight with zero experience. Throw everything at that commander and it is guaranteed that he will do good. Some soldiers are born with the natural talent of leadership and command. Some soldiers need to be built around that for better command. Command is essential to everything, be it climbing through a hole in the wall for allied forces to enter, commanding a tank platoon, or even registering recruits for training.
-=Duty=-
a soldier may forfeit before the game is through. As long as he died doing what was right, then he served his duty. what is duty, you ask? Its what you do when you are told and you do it for a purpose. It is what keeps soldiers going in battle. Hope, pride, and respect propel you forward into battle, and duty locks you down for war. You do your duty as told, and you do it well.
I am not strict, but when you fail to do your duty, disciplinary action is soon to follow. |

Promotions are what set your bar up a little higher for the quality of your work. It is not expected you do a General's work time as a Private, but you can if you want, it shows respect for your clan. Notice that you get your promotions due to what you do and is confirmed by a soldier around you. Never ask for promotions, that's just sick.
-=Promotions=-
You'll get them when you do, don't expect to just kill a few guys to get yours. Its more in-depth, more needed of you. You need to do an outstanding job in order to really get ahead in the game. Realistically, this wouldn't work so well with the Marines, we are just too tough. But like any military, promotions are hard to receive.
-=Demotions=-
The darkest word in the military. No soldier needs these, but it can be obtained easily. If a soldier does not meet expectations or a certain raid quota by promotions, then you either stay at your rank, or you become demoted due to poor work! Never do less than you can, never retreat, always push yourself for more!
-=Medals and Awards=-
Medals, ribbons, and awards are given to the best of the best soldier out there who performs at the top of his or her game. Its hard to get, but the Legion of RoMerit is a good medal to receive. It shows that you were brave and never backed down from a fight, and put your life on the line to protect your other soldiers around you. The RoDacta Ribbon is awarded for good merit amongst your peers. the Crossed Swords award is given for, you guessed it, being the best swordsman on the battle field.
I am Major Askirai. I got it by following my guide I created for you. Follow this guide intently and I promise you, you will become a great soldier. |

That title is actually the code of conduct for the Marines. We say it every single day. Honor is what pulls you to your duty and to do it right. Courage is to put yourself in battle and to fight, no matter what happens. Commitment is being strong when you know you cannot be strong.
-=Honor=-
Keep this close to you, embrace it as if its a child. Honor is what you have inside you, and it keeps you chugging along the rails to success! Without honor, you are pretty much a useless soldier.
-=Courage=-
Definition of Courage: adj. Kou-RidGE - The state of mind in which you put yourself in a situation where you know you will be damaged either physically, mentally, or emotionally, but do not care for consequences. Courage, what a word. All soldiers are built around that, just like a bees nest inside a tree. Courage is what all soldiers need inside a battle, they will always perform better, fight harder, and do more if courage is put into their hands.
-=Commitment=-
Commitment is hard to do, but still an applicable adjective to your career as a soldier. Commitment is as follows: The duty to stand by what is right, and never leaving it's side for anything. Commitment is the number one key to keeping a clan alive. Without commitment, all the largest clans in ROBLOX would fall apart from being less dense with soldiers.
Always abide by this code, and to sure thought, you will always win the battle. |

Every soldier in GS or any other clan has had this. The military IS NOT easy, and many will break down. That's what we are here for, to break you down and build you back up MUCH stronger.
-=Depression=-
Ah, being emo. Feels good, doesn't it? No, it doesn't. When a soldier talks to you about suicide, don't take it lightly or as a joke. We are soldiers, bad stuff happens all the time, and we have to live with it. Sometime, we can't handle it anymore and just give up. That's when you need to talk to someone. Let them know how you feel, don't ever bottle it up.
-=Anger=-
Anger. We have all felt it at one time. It can destroy friendships, hurt people you love, and so on. If you are angry, there is only one option for you to take: Elsewhere. Anger is best dealt with by yourself, or at another place where you can steam off. Having anger problems is tough, and may be hard to control it, but that doesn't mean you should take it out on your fellow GS.
-=Sadness=-
All above are destructive, even sadness. Sadness relates to you having a cold feeling about an unfortunate happening, which leads to possible breakdowns and nervous endings. Sadness isn't a joke, and when someone breaks down, its not cool to laugh at them. They aren't weak, they are opening up to let it out. It shows they have a spirit that still loves, that still cares about having a happy life.
Every emotion isn't to be played with. You must be careful in how you handle others that are feeling down or angry. Always be on a good mood, but if you really need to talk to someone, please feel free to contact me. I am here to help you. |

Lingo is a great way to make friends in a military bar. "Oh, looks like we got ourselves a Pokkie!" "Oh come on, it was one time!" "One time? More like a squad-full!"
-=Lingo=-
there is an obvious difference between leet speak and Lingo. Leet uses symbols and very crude spelling, as lingo uses actual words with a few extras. Using lingo to a soldier's advantage in warfare has been around for a while, even in WWII, when it was common to have Navajo code speakers on American radios, because their language was so hard to comprehend. Some lingo you hear nowadays are simple:
-Pokkie, it means someone who missed out on their promotions. -Danube, someone who fell in The Mud Puddle while in training. -Steelhead, someone who survives an explosion unscathed, usually a great title. -Bulletsponge, Navy soldiers call Marines Bulletsponges for an obvious reason. -Derk, a rude term for an Insurgent, or enemy. -Bugsplat, another way of saying "Overkill with a vehicle".
-=Talking=-
Sometime, someone might no even know what a Bugsplat is, so sometimes you actually have to explain it to them. Most of the time, its you who needs to understand how to explain it to them. Talking is derived from the Alngo-Saxon language you all know today as English. Talking has also been around ever since the first grunt. Talking is a form of communication, and even in warfare, it can get jumbled up.
This entire paragraph is so obvious, that Obvious Troll is shaking its head in shame at the paragraph.
-=Cursing=-
Whoa, now hold on ROBLOX moderators! Before you ban me, read this out. Cursing is a sure-fire way of getting yourself demoted, and even worse, banned from Roblox. Don't do it. Other may think they can do it, but in RAA, it is frowned upon, and you will be immediately reported to ROBLOX if found cursing at ANYONE even the enemy. DO NOT DO IT. |

This chapter concludes the Training Guide's first Volume. In this chapter, you will learn the importance of saving ammunition, not "spraying and praying", and some other major gun functions while out on the battlefield.
-=SAVE AMMO=-
Look, most guns come with clips. Clips can only be so full. You shoot, you miss horribly (if you don't train), and the enemy advances slightly. Slightly. Big whup. That "slightly" has cost you the battle, and several men. Try aiming down sights when available, sweeping, and spraying at LARGE groups of soldiers, don't just empty your clip on one guy. Sometimes, the gun has too much kick, so spray is inevitable. That is highly possible with GS weaponry. The Escavator is just like that, it does best at close to mid-range fighting. The sniper, however, has a reload time of three seconds. That does best at long range, obviously, and does not work so well at close range. Always remember which weapon will suit your needs to save ammo easily.
-=COMBAT TALK=-
You have probably heard your officers constantly say, "Keep quiet and just push the raiders back." or "Capture that CPU! Stop talking and get it done!"
Literally there is no need to announce "UMG RAIDER!" or "TANGO DOWN LULULU" or even worse... "HEY SIR HEY HEY HEY HEY [spam continues while in raid for about ten minutes]"
Spam gets you kicked from battle, and that is considered spam. During fights, its best to let the officers and HR's do the talking and leading. Stop talking during battles and get the job done swiftly. |

This chapter revolves around the game of chess. Oh yes, I said chess. the most boring game in the history of ROBLOX. You are wrong, and heavily dis-proven there. Chess has been around since the first ROBLOXian could think. Literally, chess is war. You have to get your Pawns, or Grunts, to do all the cross-over work, then they perish or survive to take down other Pawns. Then, the Knight and castle-looking thing flies in, and-... Well, you get my point.
-=ITS LIKE CHESS=- Remarkably, it is. It involves some serious time to think of your next move. I didn't have enough time to look this up, but there are somewhere around 5 billion possible moves for one game. That goes the same on the battlefield. Look around you, heavy gunner in the pillbox, can't go there. Snipers on the hill, that's a no-go. Then you see it, the trenches. head for that-... Then you get K.O.'ed. Just like in chess, the first piece to be lost is the Pawn...
-=PAWN'S WORK=- As subject to the Pawn, which I will reference A LOT in this chapter, the Pawn is the most powerful piece. If done correctly, the Pawns can be set up to face down a defensive barrier so that the other side literally cannot cross. Its called The Arkeimer Wall. (Ref: Wiki) If you can command your soldiers to put up a defensive wall strong enough to hold back enemy forces, you are set for a standoff. And trust me, putting up the Arkeimer Wall is incredibly difficult.
-=LIKE MA-G1C (the rifle)=- When you come across an enemy defensive encampment, what is the first thing that comes to mind? Do you shoot into the trenches and risk being shot yourself? Would you toss grenades into the trench holes to stop the flow of soldiers? You pick the doing, but the man (or woman) who has the final say is the "King" waaay in the back, your commander. But like magic, if all these moves and defensive attributions are made for you, and you practice them... You are set for a win. |
