| I'm an atheist if that's what you're asking? I'm not quite sure how to express an opinion. |

Everything is flawed.
Atheists challenge Religion with "where did your deity come from?"
However Religious people can do the same with Atheists.

Very interesting opinions indeed. However, I'd like you to expand more, rather than just saying 'I'm an atheist if you're asking that.'

Neither side has enough data to support it's claims.
Let's not start another flame war. |

This is not meant to start a flame war. I wanted opinion from both sides.

Well, in this arguement, there are two sides, religion, and atheism. Atheism basically means, you don't believe in god. You don't believe, so your an atheist. By expand, I meant like, explain what made you believe in it at first.

| How about we just say both ways of life are equal and get on with our daily basic lives. :) |

| There was no god who created reality. To ahve created the universe and be unobservable, he would have to be OUTSIDE the universe, and, seeing as the universe is reality, a creator would be outside reality. |

| I'm atheist. Why? Because I'd rather have my own small beliefs than become part of some huge, cult. Religion causes war and genocide, like racism. My country, the US is in war with Afghanistan for both reasons. Religion is just a cult, a big one, which once entered, is hard to back out of. Warship over something that someone says is real, such as a mysterious event, or person drives me away. Why? Because I prefer to stay out of most religious conversations. |

| Politics causes more war than religion. If there was no religion and everyone was the same race we'd still find a way to wage war. |

If you believe in God, and he exists, you go to Heaven. If you believe in God, and it turns out he didn't exist, you still lead a good life and will be remembered as such.
It's a win-win, except for the fact that people are too lazy to be moral and listen to anti-religion propaganda crap. |

| I don't think I need to explain how treating others well, caring for others, not harming other people, and following basic moral guidelines is moral... |

So I guess loving one of the same gender is immoral, and killing your neighbor because their clothes are woven with two different threads would be the right thing to do? Slavery is moral, then? Should adulterers be killed?

Yeah because obscure laws that are from the Old Testament that they didn't even follow then is a GREAT representation of religion.
And no, loving someone of the same gender isn't immoral, consummating said love is. |

I think you just defeated your won argument there mate.
So you just made up your own version of Christianity because you didn't agree with part of the Bible? That's cool, bro. |
