Hello reader, Welcome to The Panzer Empire Guide 2.0 created by Emperor UPLINK94. I will be introducing some new systems to make TPE a fresh group compared to others which will be much more enjoyable. I do hope you like the new ideas that will be introduced. I aim to make this guide as easy to understand as possible for any anti-readers. Down to business:
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ The index:
1.1: The standard rules of the empire 1.2: High Command 2.1: Combat in the Field 2.1.1: Base Defending 2.1.2: Raids 3.1: Ranks and their requirements 4.1: Training 4.1.2: Training rules 4.1.3: Trainer Duties 5.1 5.1.1
1.1: The Standard Rules of the Empire. - Uniforms must be worn at all times at official TPE places. If you are attacking another group, uniform is not required unless requested by a high rank or if it is an official raid. During official raids, you are representing the group. Read more below in Section 2.3.2.
-Grammar and manners would be highly appreciated. Here are some examples: =Bad Grammar,” promo me 2 a high rank nw plz i rlly want dis cos I dserve eet.” =Acceptable, ”promote me to a high rank now please i really want this because i deserve it.” =Good Grammar,” Please can you promote me to a high rank please, I really want this and I feel I deserve it.” You are likely to get off to a positive start by using grammar. It gives high ranks a good first impression towards you. The way you speak can affect a person’s view of you as shown above. The ‘Bad Grammar’ example would put bad thoughts into a persons head but ‘Good Grammar’ would put a positive view into their head.
- In the chain of command, you must show respect to everyone whether they are a high/lower rank than you. Lower ranks shouldn’t disrespect higher ranks but higher ranks should not abuse their position and the low ranks. When a higher rank joins the game and you are commanding, you should tell them about the situation and offer them command. - Follow your orders! This sounds simple but many people often ignore what they are told and end up getting the team killed. If you would like to qualify for a regiment, you must be able to follow your orders.
-Ranks have to be earned. Bribery will result in exile.
1.2. High Command Access is limited to under officers, commissioned officers and generals only! This group contains sub-ranks for high ranks.
2.1 Field Combat This shall contain the basic information of Combat in the Field. Some simple rules then focusing on specific points. - As said earlier, follow your orders. High ranks are usually not joking around when they tell you to do something. They are perfectly capable of having you demoted. - Respect people in the field including allies and enemies. When you wear your uniform, defend at bases or participate in raids, you are representing The Panzer Empire. We do not want complaints about poor behaviour within TPE. This shall not be tolerated. - Work as a team. Keep up communication in the field. Remember, to use team chat, put a % before you talk. E.g. %Hello team testing testing. This will show up as (Team) Hello team testing testing. Working as a team is key to working towards a regiment.
2.1.1 Base Defending Here are the rules for base defending. This includes the ones above plus additional ones. - No opening doors for raiders. Betraying TPE will have you demoted or possibly exiled if it is a repeated offence. - Don’t spawnkill raiders. If the raiders are having a hard time and they can’t let them out of their spawn, give them a chance. It is no fun being spawnkilled so just say,” Hey guys. The rulebook says don’t spawnkill raiders. Let’s fall back and give them a chance.” I want a group with immaculate (means perfect) reputation. - If the base is being hacked, clear the server as there is no point fighting hackers. Clear the server and warn others not to enter the base until a high rank gives clearance. Clearing servers means you don’t repeatedly get killed, a high rank can kick all the raiders and once the server is empty, it can reset itself to good as new. - Never be afraid to call for backup. It isn’t cowardice. It just shows you are intelligent enough to know when you are up against a challenge and need some help. If raiders call you a coward, don’t use poor language, keep a cool head and say,” I only called so we can give you a challenge.” You can preserve your reputation and you can destroy some raiders.
2.1.2 Raids Some rules for raids which will be highly useful. It is one of the highest honours to be selected to participate in an official raid against another group so this section will help to make sure you have the best time possible. - Only the Emperor can authorize an official raid. This may change in the future but for now, only I can decide when to raid a group. - Do not raid small groups shouting,” For The Panzer Empire!” I do not want to be at war with loads of groups at a time as this can waste necessary resources. It is likely we will only raid groups we are at war with. - As mentioned earlier, you are representing the group in a raid. Do not do anything such as raging, using poor language to raiders or anything such as hacking. It is an embarrassment towards the group and mostly you. This can result in demotions. - Just do your best in a raid whether we are winning or losing. Work as a team. Together, we can overcome anything.
3.1 Ranks It may be likely that the ranks will change. The rank set is split into four Tiers:
[Tier 1]:
-Applicant to Trooper. Pm a Commissioned Officer+ why you feel you can become a Trooper. -Trooper to Storm Trooper Promoted via training. Once a ST, pm me so you can be assigned to a regiment. -Storm trooper to Operative 8 Effort Points required. -Operative to Specialist 15 EP
[Tier 2]:
-Specialist to Under Officer 20 EP+ Test. 70%+ Required for a pass. A test is being created for Under Officers to take. You may definitely request to receive this test, but do not irritate myself or any other high ranks.
[Tier 3]:.
-Under officer to Commissioned officer Test is being created.
[Tier 4]:
Generals are extremely well trusted people, and are always handpicked by the Emperor. Feel free to earn my trust it can help.
4.1 Training:
Training is probably one of the most important things in TPE. Our mission is to improve our member's skills, and give them battle experience. Quality training is ensured with our training facility, it contains a variety of obstacle courses, combat modes and even a capture the flag mode! Note that official trainings can only be held by commissioned officers, and above. Trainings held by lower ranks can not get you promoted, you can only gain experience from them.
4.1.2 Training rules:
-Uniforms must be worn at training! You will get removed from the server is you fail to wear one. -All trainees must obey to the trainer, no matter what she or he says. -Remain mature, this will not only give a good impression, it shall also improve the quality of the training. -Line up at the beginning of a training, wait till the trainer gave your further instructions. -You must be quiet when a trainer asks you to!
4.1.3 Duties for Trainers:
(This section is meant for trainers only.) -After each training, the trainer must sent the emperor a message that includes the names of recommended people who you feel should be promoted. This is really important, and must be done as soon as possible. Failing to do this will have high consequences. -Trainers are to be mature at any moment of the training, you are meant to act exemplary! -Make sure your training contains a variety of fresh ideas. Feel free to pm me on any ideas you have.
5.1 Regiments: This is one of the new systems I shall be creating. Only Commissioned Officers+ can create regiments. Once you are granted regiment powers, you can either begin your own or serve as a high position under a General. However, regiments require great responsibility. If you don’t want to command a regiment, you can apply to join my Elite Guard Regiment in which will have sub-ranks and will be like the high command so not in the same group. This is distinct from other regiments as others are NOT separate groups.
5.1.1 Regiment Responsibilities This section is for Commissioned Officers+ on regiment responsibilities. You will be assigned multiple soldiers into your regiment. It is your job to keep track of these soldiers. This is to test a new method of tracking progression throughout the group. Regiment Commanders grant Effort Points to members of their regiment for reasons see below. A certain amount of effort points grants you a rank up in the regiment and group. Here is the guide: - I would like you to be rather strict with Effort Points. I do not want them given out like sweets. They have to be properly earned for reasons such as: Defending a base (1-2EP), trainings (1-3EP), official raids (3-5EP), building a model (1EP), scripted model (1-2EP), base (2-3EP). - Once a trooper is in your regiment, you have to keep track of his/her progress. I advise creating some sort of table/chart to track your men in. Your columns should be name, rank, EP, attention. Attention is for if they need something like a rank up or if you think they have something like a model worth showing me. You don’t have to accept every person I assign to you if it is too much. I know it is hard to keep track of everyone. When I am going to assign, I will send a message with something like,” Would you accept example into your regiment or would you like example transferred somewhere else?” You can choose whichever you want. - Regiment ranks are like in the group so Storm Trooper, Operative etc. - It is your choice on how you award EP. When someone needs a rank up, just pm me and tell me how much EP they have. Do not accept bribery. Notify me if there is any sort of bribery from someone. I don’t want to lose good men to bribery. - Regiments are not separate from the main group. Only the Elite Guard is an official separate regiment. You MUST put on your profile if you are a regiment Commissioned Officer/General.
The section above explains pretty much how you can level up in the group and regiments. I hope this guide was useful as I have worked a couple of hours on this. Emperor UPLINK94
