| It requires you to be feather light, graceful, strong, and years and years of practice and there is always room for improvement! |

It requires you to be feather light, graceful, strong, and years and years of practice and there is always room for improvement! ======================================================== Years of practice can be said of any sport so invalid All you gotta do is be light ? try being a Runninback in football you gotta be able to hit objects coming at you full speed and still be able to keep balance and run while thousands of fans scream at you to fail or suceed not being able to hear anyone around you and its only you and you only
big deal you stand on stage and memorize stuff thats everything life ballet is no greater then any sport and no where near the mental readiness for life sports has helped for millions of people
so your argument is invalid ma'am n |

Have you ever watched disneys the game plan? a quote from the movie "If ballet were a sport they would call it football" FOOTBALL IS EASY!! Its the same thing over and over again just running around the field tackling sweaty guy.. Ballet on pointe shoes requires a high level of skill and strength and while you may not be body checked their is a consistent pain that will result in bleeding and lots of foot problems and its continues unlike in football. Pointe requires much more skill to master than football. |

| You guys cant talk because you dont know the pain yourself.. In ballet you get nasty blisters and they are in deep pain and they sometimes bleed sinking through the shoe but you must keep dancing.. If they break their neck.. wow okay too bad..depending on how bad it is You either STOP playing or you still play.. but its not like your dancing on your neck over and over again So therefore Ballet wins this one! |

1. You're the only one supporting ballet. 2. A broken neck is more serious than blisters... |

| Bliters are fairly easy to treat. A broken neck? Not so easy. |

| I am the only one supporting ballet because I am probably the only one who has doene it.. so maybe you guys shouldnt argue.. Its kind of hard to treat a blister when you are dancing on it repeatedly.. but anyway It does not matter which one gets more injuries because that does not determine the level of which is harder. |

You should see the blisters I get from baseball and football. I have 2 baseball practices a day..... Go dance in your dress. If you wanna try something hard go out and be a running back and get rammed by Huge LineBackers that can eat short people like me for breakfast.

You're probably the only one who has "doene" it. Also, football is harder. Let's see here: QB - You have to throw a ball perfectly. You also have to take hits, and sometimes go on the run. RB - You'll get tackled by a defensive line player on almost every single play. Offensive line - You have to block 300 pound defenders on every play. Defensive line - You have to get past 300 pound per player offensive lines and you have to make a tackle, which you don't always make.
And those are just four positions. If I need to go further, I will.

| Ballet is hard as well because of the discipline and the strength and flexibility training and before you dump on ballet go to a class and then see how hard it is. |
