Hello, either you are a new member, exisiting member refreshing on the guide, or someone interested in joining. Either way you have found the RSO Guide. This will consist of several parts, rules, promotions, respect code, and some other items. All members are required to understand the logistics of this, if you have any questions Private Message, Swany2, or any other High Ranks or member that knows.]
PART ONE: RULES
As being a member of RSO it is important that you follow rules, to keep order and make sure we all stay safe and friendly while playing this game. Not following these could lead to demotions or in extreme cases being exciled. It all works on a case by case basis.
THE RULES. . No Flaming (Even if the enemy is) . Respect EVERYONE (Even the enemy and Non-RSO Members) . Respond to any Higher Rank as Yes Sir, or No Sir (For Women say Mam) . No Teamkilling each other . No killing surrendering enemys unless they pose a threat . Follow orders from High Ranks . Along with Respect remember to respect the lower ranks, you were them once. . And as always follow all other Roblox Rules, and Common Sense.
PART TWO: PROMOTIONS
We all love promotions and I get that, but we all must earn them. Whether its in the front lines, trainings, or being respectful you must earn them. A rule about promotions is DO NOT spam High Ranks inboxes for them, send one PM stating why, and what you have done for RSO. Also to not PM every High Rank the message, and in every message state your rank.
WHAT TO BE PROMOTED FOR? . Attending Trainings and learning . Attending any RSO Activites and raids . Defending RSO Outposts and BAses . Respecting others . Following orders from High Ranks
Reminder, being in RSO for so long will not get you promoted you will earn it!
PART THREE: RESPECT CODE
Don't you love being respected? Of course you do, as does everyone. Respect is one of the Highest looked things at in any promotions and it greatly affects what High Ranks think of you. High Ranks should respect all members, as the lower rank members should do the same. We all started at Enlist once, except me :3
PART FOUR: DEMOTIONS Although we all hate Demotions sometimes they must happen. I'll admit I've even been demoted in other groups so it's nothing really to bang your head against a wall about. We all make bad decisions at times but this is the time to learn and fix our mistakes. Below is SOME not all examples of what someone can be demoted from.
SOME DEMOTION EXAMPLES
. Disobeying Commands . Disrespecting Anyone . TeamKilling . Attacking Allies or Visitors . Flaming (Use of foul language, or screaming) . Lieing (We value trust in RSO) . Traitoress acts (Any sort of act of betraying RSO)
PART FIVE: REPORTS
If you find anyone breaking the rules, take a picture or video of them doing it. And if possible have witnesses. Then PM the High Rank the picture of the act, and witness names. It can be determined by the High Rank if to either demote the person of the "Crime" or if there should be a trial held. Just as the US Court System, they are innocent till proven guilty and there would be a judge, jury, and a fair trial.
PART SIX: ACTIVENESS
Although we all have lives, we need to do our best to be active. Especially the High Ranks, we do not have room for inactive High Ranks and I will personally demote any Inactive High Ranks. Activeness is very valued in RSO, it helps you become known within the group and a great way for promotions.
PART SEVEN: PURPOSE OF THE RANKS This part will describe what is expected of each ranks and what is needed to get past that rank.
ENLIST: This is the lowest rank in RSO but a vast majority. Most of these soldiers have not been tested of there skills yet. This should be easy to get past considering to get promoted past enlist, all you have to do is attend a activity, such as a training or a raid. And Understand the Concept of Officer On Deck!
RANGER: Well obviously you advanced past Enlist Congrats. Now you are a Official ranked member of RSO. As a ranger you job is to help RSO in the front lines and at the bases. You should know how to handle a blade and gun. You are the backbone of RSO and your represent us. This is a very important rank, in RSO. To get past Ranger you should attend several raids or trainings until you get noticed by a High Rank or PM a High rank to get promoted.
OPERATIVE: Well wow your part of RSO's name, Operative's can be considered a well rounded soldier in RSO. You obviously can handle your weapons and have respect. As an Operative you help command small squad's at raids and defending bases. You will be respected and looked up to by Ranger's and Enlist's. To get past an Operative you must show plenty of respect and attend many RSO Events.
SPECIALIST: Your now a Specialist proving that you have been doing something right. Specialist's usually are rather skilled and know what there best options and talents are. Like Operatives they will lead small squad's and be a role model for lower ranks. To advance to the next rank is rather similar to Operative, and just refining over your respect and activeness.
CAPTAIN: You are now a Captain considered a Low Rank Officer. You will be given more responsiblitys and expected more from. You will be commanding slightly larger squads and we should not have to say anything about you respecting members, since you should be a expert at it. To advance you must stand out to a High Rank to think you are ready to become an Officer.
OFFICER: Congrats you have surpassed most, and this is where the line stops for many. As an Officer you will be VERY highly respected, and have the ability to command large squad's and command defenses and assist in planning and commanding raids. To advance past Officer you must past the Officer Final Exams. These consist of testing your abilitys and your traits, these are very hard exams and few pass. Afterwards there may be a few additional events such as elections, but passing The Final Exam is a achievement itself.
GENERAL: Wow...., You made it. As a General you have the ability to host trainings, raids, meetings, and almost all events. You clearly impressed Swany and the High Council. We will expect much from you, and very much respected.
HIGH COUNCIL: You are Swany's Advisors and very decorated soldiers. You are allowed to promote, and almost anything Swany can do. You are very much respected and trusted by Swany and many of the other members. You are a celebrity in RSO.
COMMANDER: Currently held by Swany he has ultimate control of RSO, even though he lets the members decide much through votes.
Thank you for reading this, Commander Swany2, LONG LIVE RSO! |
