| Usually, advanced builders have problems with this: you make a mistake, and it's so bad that you have tostart back fromthe llast saved version. |

YES.
I hate it when that happens.
I nearly complete an hour of work, then I accidentally drag half of the game away. |

| Drag it back :P I'm not sure if you can undo things when the map is live. |

| Um... advanced builders use edit mode, which has an "Undo" button. Seriously, edit mode beats build mode in every way. |

@Fire
One doesn't simply "drag a CFramed brick".
@Shobo
Build mode has Studio, too; I hope.you know that. |

| In edit mode you have a free camera, and the game isn't running as you build/script, unlike build mode. |

"One doesn't simply "drag a CFramed brick"."
Funny, because thats the ONLY real reason I can think of to use build mode. Dragging bricks with CFrame tools. So yes, one simply DOES do that.

@Shobo
Build mode is easier for me.
@Fire
CFrame TOOLS? That's just being lazy. |

Well I use the command bar myself because I don't like working on a live game.
And how so? I don't see how what tool you use determines how lazy you are being.
But we are getting off topic. You can't undo in a live game. |

You can't undo in a live game YET.
It's laziness because you're using a tool from free models that you did not create. |

Or ever I'm guessing. I can't imagine how hard it would be to undo something during the chaos of a live game.
So what do you use? |

You code an undo button.
That's it. |

It's not that simple.
What do you use to CFrame? |

| I can't get the script off the top of my head, because it's been a while since I built anything big. |

Did you write the code?
Did you write the cod of the game engine that carries out the code in the script?
The answer to one or both of those is no. You're a hypocrite. Your choice of tool doesn't make you more or less lazy. It only changes your efficiency.

The difference between you and me is that I can make my own CFrame script, and you can't make your own tool.
And what kind of a stupid question was "the code of the game engine"? Only devs can do that. Of course I didn't. |

I can make my own CFrame script retard. This is about what I normally write:
Workspace.PartA.CFrame = Workspace.PartA.CFrame + Vector3.new(0,5,0)
I already told you I use the command bar. And yes, I could make my own tool. SOMEONE has to make the tools.
My point is: Using your logic, you're lazy because you use a platform instead of making everything by scratch. Either way, you are telling the computer to change something. Why would a different way make you lazy? Is it lazy for someone to use a wrecking ball to destroy a building rather than their fist? Is it lazy for a writer to use a pencil that he didn't manufacture? Is it lazy for a digger to use a shovel instead of his hands? By your logic, everyone in the world is lazy as long as they use a tool of any kind. |

| Fire, that's a script from wiki. Judging by that, I seriously doubt you can make your own tool. |

You failed to even address any of my points.
And as for your stupid comment, no it isn't, but I can't prove that. What I can prove is that I'm an excellent scripter. Play my bottom place and tell me you doubt my ability. |

As I stated earlier, I don't have a computer.

That's where that script came from. Besides, that's basic CFraming. |

I'm sure that I'm a lot better of a builder than you are. |

@Rush, nah. Just learn how to use Edit mode, if you really want an undo button.
-Come to the Edit side of the Builders. xD |

I know how to use edit mode, but it's easier for me to move around in build.
Do you not realize that Studio is in build mode as well? You can't build what I build with starter tools. |

I was using Studio in Build mode in the middle 09s, do not teach me if there is Studio in there or not. And yes, I know that there stil is Studio in Build mode, which means that I am aware of the fact that Build mode stil has Studio when you build in Build mode with the Studio of which you try to convince me there is. xD
That aside, can you build stuff that is 100k studs away without using Edit? I know you can, but it would be too messy to put brick after brick and teleport from one to another. So, why not try Edit mode out and start doing it the real way. And, you even have an Undo button, which might help you if you make a mistake. |
