That's because it's a sign of Spring coming. Even here in Virginia, it gets over 100 degrees in the Spring.

Yep. Different areas in the East Coast have different climate. For my area, I've seen it get over 100 degrees in the Spring.

Well, I guess I do live like directly on the coast, so that helps a bit. Plus Maryland ain't so southern, hoo-wee.

If you live on the coast, it's warm in the winter and cool in the summer. That's what I learned in Science class last year about water trapping heat and stuff.
