| I think a block is when a player is inside of the circle and they don't have their feet set (They are moving). A charge is when they are OUTSIDE the circle and they aren't moving. |

Charge: When they stand still and get run over by ball handler Block: When They stay still and allow the player to hit them when shooting, with no foul. |

| If your on defense and you want to set a charge your feet have to be still and you can't be leaning or moving any part of your body. If you do, most likely it will be a block. |
