Roblox should really change the way hats work.
And by that, I mean the size they are given.
I understand a certain size is given to them to make them look like real objects when dropped, but...
Wouldn't it be better if Roblox just made hats 0.1,0.1,0.1 in size and had them centered within the Robloxian's head with an offset? (Which by the way, specialmeshes should have offsets.) |

I like invincible hats. Stops the skilless from actually dealing any damage, Because they can't hit me because my beard is gun blocking. :3.
Anyway, that actually is impossible in size, because the minimum is 0.4, 0.1, 0.4. Or something. And if they were that small, how could you pick them up? |

Here's an idea: Make gunshots ignore a Hat's children IF the hat is being worn, AKA is within a Model with a humanoid's Child.
It'd go a bit like this: if hit.Parent.ClassName == "Hat" and hit.Parent.Parent.ClassName == "Model" and hit.Parent.Parent:FindFirstChild("Humanoid") == true then Bullet Function Name Here() end
I might be slightly wrong, though. If you're a scripter you should know how to use this.
Also, hats don't really grant invincibility. If they do, the place is likely poorly coded and the damaging entities aren't coded to ignore hats, therefore making headshots, etc. practically impossible. |

But most places are poorly coded, and ignore dealing damage to hats.
I know that I can script my weapons in that fashion; it's just that it'd be nicer if it weren't an obstacle for most of us out there. |

While it'd be nice if it happened, I sorta doubt it would happen. AFAIK, it's the hats' fault for having canCollide. |

| Actually, hat's don't have can collide. They do, but they don't. If they did, you wouldn't be fitting though hight six doors, which you can. |

| First of all, nearly no places have raycast guns that can't fire through hats anymore. And secondly, I like it when places do have that bug to them ^^ |

What about weight and reduced jump height due to hats?
I get complaints from people which wear wings, bigger heads, and eggs saying that the trampoline sections of my game are impossible. |
