Also Obama, his mother was part Cherokee. |

But the reason is, the United States only existed for 230 years out of those 30,000 years. So yea, how could you be the president of the US if it never existed.
Secondly, especially during the late 1700s to 1800s, Native Americas where not considered US citizens, unless they adopted the culture of the American people of that time. So the US government sent them to reserves out west. |
