| Latvia has an 8.99% literacy rate. Mali has higher than that, at 26.2%. |

You're reading it backwards. There's no way the majority of Latvians can read. It's 8.99%, since you're either dyslexic or an illiterate Latvian. |

| I'm not trolling, I'm telling the truth. The reason Latvia has a 99.8% literacy rate according to Wikipedia is because an illiterate Latvian read 8.99% backwards then accidentally put 99.8% while editing the article. Now everyone thinks Latvians are smarter than they really are. |
