Should the Krinkut *New Age* Alliance go back to the old ranking system or stay with the new one?
Old: I decide on whether you are worthy for a promotion or not. This method is very clan traditional and more basic than the new ranking system.
Goods: More accurate than the new system. Much easier to use. Can't be corrupted. The right people get the right promotions.
Bads: Can be slightly harder to rank up if you're not as active or don't start off with the right skills.
New: The current ranking system, done by a sum up of points in a database.
Goods: Keeps a good record of everyone in the database.
Bads: Not as accurate as the old method. Can easily be corrupted to the favor of the troops. Takes too long to use. Has too many errors to fix.
[Note: No one will be demoted/promoted if transfering back to the old ranking system.] |

I think we should go back to the old one, much easier to use and understand. Maybe make a new group for the things like ambassadors and allies if this is really needed. |

| I'm trying to beta test a voting rank up system. Would you like to hear what I've got so far? |

| Stay with the new, you actually get points for being active in KA. Unlike the old one, I went to trainings for almost 2 months and stayed a Civilian/Private. |

| Old. I like the new one but it takes a long time just to get to a middle rank and if I could just go to trainings, and prove that I am good, I have a chance for a promo. |

| Old one! This one has caused much confusion and doesn't portray one's efforts as accurately. |

| since i wasnt really paying attention to the old ranking system i dont really know what it was about, if its the same as this one with the points and stuff does it really matter if it changed back or not? if this point system is new we should change the ranks back but keep the system, general sound much better than high ranking millitary :P |

@WII, since the old one is going to be a tiny bit easier, activeness will also be noted for a promotion. @Zoom, the old one doesn't use points.
The ranks will be decided on. If they are going to be changed, it'll be to something as simple as this one. |

| Now I may be new to the group, and I may only be a civilian (for now, at least), but I think the old system looks better and easier to use. |

| @Herb, that's quite literally the new system. Old = Evaluation. New = Points. |

| Old because inactive people and unskilled people dont deserve promos. |

| I would say stay with the older system. I know I'm new and all but it sounds good to use as the main ranking up system for the Alliance. I think it sounds like a reasonable promotion system. |

@mick, you can't get much points if you're unskilled.
@everyone who says old, it's based too much on FAVORITISM. |

As an example to what I said: if lets say undef dislikes me, even if I do really good, he still wouldn't see it as good and I won't get my promo.
And as a side note, with the new system you can actually plan and work for points for a promo instead of HOPING for one as with the old..
