How would you guys get this function to work?
I tried it, never worked for me... I wanted a script so that, when you scroll down or up, the GUI moves with it, but... this event doesn't work, so I can't do that.
Any tips on making it work?

Nobody in scripting helpers actually knows how to script, and it's basic stuff.
I'm just asking why doesn't mouse.WheelBackward and mouse.Wheelforward() works.

| Just because Scripting Helpers doesn't help you, it doesn't mean you can come here. This is for advanced Scripting Discussion. This is not advanced, therefore it is spam. |

To be honest, all I find in the past week in scripting is just 'Prime Numbers Test' or 'Who can get to the closest to Pi'
Seriously, I just want help. All you guys talk about here is maths... well, mostly.

| There's a different between discussion and helping someone answer the question, and as such different forums for each. As for your question, I don't know but I remember reading that they couldn't be used. |

Well OK. I now know those events won't work. Hmm, if they don't work, I wonder why the heck they would put it in the 'Object browser' window? Anyways, they really should make it for LockedFirstPerson because that would be REALLY useful for tools, in where you could equip different tools. I kinda agree that you should be able to set the controls for the camera too.

Secondary mouse events currently are trapped by the engine and prevented from firing in most cases. This means WheelForward, WheelBackward, Mouse2Down, and Mouse2Up as far as I know cannot fire.
This bugs me to no end, especially since we have them in our object browser, so I'm gonna see if I can't get that fixed... |

Perhaps this forum needs to be renamed to "Mathematicians" instead.
After all, all these noobs with requests would leave us alone.. hmm..
