if they don't lock it, it's not illegal because it's an open connection
if you forcefully entered yourself onto the connection(read: hacked) that's illegal
but if the wifi was free for the taking, not illegal
just remember that they can monitor everything you do, or use the wifi to send viruses onto your computer |
