1.1 STANDARD RULES OF DFD:
-There will be no deals in promotions, as these deals can now be tracked. For instance, paying someone who is capable of promoting you for a promotion, or even asking for it, is against our rules and will get you punished. -If high ranks doubt your loyalty and trust to DFD they have all right to demote, or in case of a major incident, exile you. -Hacking, exploiting or stealing will be directly notified to the admins through a closed forum. -Asking for a promotion will not get you one. That is not how the system works, to read about how the system works, read the entire guide. If you irritate a superior by asking often, you might get punished (demotion). -There will be no skipping ranks. A rank will be earned the right way. -Be mature, and have good grammar and spelling. Especially when using the wall or when talking to a superior. -Creating a DFD division is only permitted when a Brigadier+ accepts it! Else it will not be official in any way. -Raiding our places means you agree to our raiding rules. There are no auto wins, and be a good sport. -If you are a high rank and encounter a difficult to make decision, always ask your superior. -If you are a high rank, careers and logs are tracked by TIME and AUTHOR. Misusing logs WILL result in PUNISHMENT! -If you are a higher ranked DFD Personnel, you have certain duties to perform. These must be performed on a regular basis. If these duties are not performed on regular basis without solid reason, you may be punished. -Turning against DFD is NOT PERMITTED. PERMANENT EXILING WILL BE DEALT TO TRAITORS. -Wear your uniform at DFD places, places involving DFD (war, allies), or diplomatic places. An exception may be made, but for your status and the look of DFD, wear it whenever possible. -It is preferred that you have DFD as your primary group. -There are no 'trial sessions' for ranks. A rank is definite. -As a high rank in DFD (Captain+), you can't have any visual influence in any other major clans. -If any of these rules, or something that obviously needs to be added and hasn't been stated here yet, is not followed, it can result in a demotion or worse; an exile.

__ 1.3 UNIFORM
SHIRT: (http://www.roblox.com/DFD-OFFICAL-DFD-Uniform-Top-item?id=73089561) PANTS: (http://www.roblox.com/OFFICAL-DFD-Uniform-Pants-item?id=73084403)
__ 2.1 CAREERS
Your career is your identification log and your "nameplate" in DFD. Read on to find out more about your career.
__ 2.2 GETTING YOUR CAREER LOG CREATED
When you enlist in DFD, you won't automatically get a career. This is because you have not been noticed yet. A DFD personnel ranked Field Marshall or higher is capable of creating your career. The simplest way of getting them to notice you is to either message them, or get noticed by doing one of the things that get you rep. As a newbie in the career log-system, your rank will be put as TROOPER. This does not affect your real DFD rank, and will be changed whenever you get a promotion or when you nicely ask someone who can edit it for you. Read more about rep and how to give it as Field Marshall+ below.
When you have a career, you need to remember all of your stats, nobody else does in ANY way, for better understanding. DO NOT LIE, DEMOTIONS CAN BE DEALT TO LIARS ABOUT THEIR CAREER.
__ 2.3 rep (reputation)
rep is an experience system of sorts. For proceeding through the lower ranks (Trooper-Master Corporal), you will have to meet the rep requirements for those ranks to actually rank up. rep also sets a good status for yourself, for your future career in DFD. Someone who has 50 rep obviously has spent a lot of time in DFD and will get trusted/promoted/recognised earlier.
HOW IS rep AWARDED?
You will get rep for being effective in raids, defending, training and building (training) bases. When an Field Marshall+ recognises this, he will write you on his notepad file (that he must have at hand) with the necessary details. For more information on Field Marshall+ duties, read further. Field Marshalls+ can also write down normal things that you did well, things like helping with the wall, assisting in trainings, etc. But they will also keep track of bad behavior. Such as wearing the wrong uniform, insulting, ignoring orders, etc. When a person meets a rank-up requirement (ie 5 rep), he automatically gets added to the tasklist that Captains go through.
TAKING AWAY rep
cP is mostly definite (there are no punishments for inactivity that take away rep). There is one way you can lose rep, and that is when a high rank gives you a Bad behavior log. You can be lucky and get just a warning, but they can also remove a number of rep from your career. rep can go in negative numbers, so watch out. If you keep breaking the rules, you might get a Bad behavior log that requests a demotion. This will put you on the tasks list of a Captain+ and they will decide if you will actually be demoted or not.
__ 2.4 MARKING CAREERS AS PRIORITIES (CAPTAINS+)
As Captain you might find something weird while going through careers. If you think it needs to be seen by a Tier 3 rank, mark it as priority. It will pop up in the Priority task list. Only use it for extreme scenarios.
__ 2.5 LOGS AND HOW TO USE THEM PROPERLY (Field Marshall+)
Logs are entries in someone's career log. Field Marshall+ can add logs to careers. These logs are always tracked by author and date, if you misuse them you will get noticed! Logs are tracked by TIME (in DFDST) and AUTHOR. Misusing them will definately lead into PUNISHMENT!
There are 4 types of logs from which you can choose to log with:
-Experience logs (training, defending, raiding, building) This will require you to put an amount of rep to add to the selected person. All of these are based on performance. DFD training gives 5-10 rep Defending a DFD base gives 10-15 rep Raiding an (official) enemy base gives 20-25 rep Building a base gives 5-10 rep These may not be used frequently per player.
-Normal logs (normal events, things to be noted, good behavior like helping with the wall) This will not give/remove rep. This is merely for stating someone's behavior or noting something important. These can be used frequently.
-Bad behaviour logs (warning, takes rep away or requests demotion) When someone ignores an order, violates a rule, wears the wrong uniform, etc. this is the right pick. You have 3 options here. TAKE AWAY 0 rep (puts up a warning) this is merely for status, and usually for small incidents. TAKE AWAY A NUMBER OF rep (takes away rep) in case of a more serious incident. REQUEST A DEMOTION (will be put on task list) in case of multiple serious incidents. These may not be used very frequently.
__ 2.6 DFD STANDARD TIME
WIJ Standard Time (DFDST) is calculated by a wide used function called tick(). We use this function tick() to calculate the current date and time through complex mathematics. All logs and careers are tracked with this date. __ 3.1 RANKS/TIERS/DIVISIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR PROMOTIONS
DFD uses a Tier system for their ranks. Field Marshall is considered low-highrank, Captain and higher is considered high rank. Going from Tier 1 to Tier 2 is considered a huge step.
TIER 1 (trooper-corporal) -Trooper > Operative Requires 50 rep and an alright looking career log. -Operative > Corporal Requires 100 rep and a good looking career log. -Corporal > Master Corporal Requires 200 rep and a good, mature looking log. Signs of leadership heavily appreciated.
TIER 2 (master cpl-field mshll) -Master Corporal > Field Marshall Requires a minimum of 300 rep, a great looking log and requires you to pass the Field Marshall test. Field Marshall tests come to you, you don't ask for them. The High Command decides which Master Corporal may be at Field Marshall potential every once in a while. They will check out career logs. -Field Marshall > Captain Doesn't require a set number of rep (the more the better of course), but is instead handpicked by TIER 3. -Captain > Brigadier Doesn't require a set number of rep (the more the better of course), but is instead handpicked by TIER 3. Brigadiers are very trusted people.
TIER 3 (supervisor-grand op.) -Supervisor Unable to reach. Second in command(s). -Grand Operative Unable to reach. Head of DFD.
ENTER DFD SEVENTH DIVISION ACADEMY -Have rank of at least Operative -Have decent looking logs -Have 2,000 KOs on Roblox -Request to enter DFD SDA, and if necessary message either a Captain+. They will eventually let you in unless the group description says otherwise (ie closed).
SEVENTH DIVISION AGENTS Do something great for the 7th Div, lead a squad to victory, win a final battle, etc. Hand picked.
__ 3.2 RANKS AND THEIR POWERS
TIER 1 Troopers - Are the standard fighting force of DFD. Some of the Troopers may not want to proceed further in DFD and leave their career at being Trooper. Others want to go on, and get the full experience out of DFD. Those Troopers should be recognised from the others. Troopers have no special power in DFD.
Operatives - Have shown their interest in DFD. They want to continue and grow in our community. They have no power over Troopers, however they show more leadership. Operatives have no special power in DFD.
Corporals - Have shown their dedication to DFD. Corporals have strived for their rank and are willing to fight for it. They have no power over lower ranks, but they may show signs of leadership. They have no special power in DFD.
Master Corporals - Have shown their experience and leadership to higher ranks. Master Corporals are people who are capable fighters and good leaders. They have the power to go further in DFD. Master Corporals are capable of commanding lower ranks. Master Corporals have no special power in DFD.
TIER 2
Field Marshalls - They are experienced people in DFD. Their dedication is enormous, as they have taken (and passed!) several tests and have been selected by the DFD High Command. Field Marshalls DO NOT have the power to lead trainings. Field Marshalls should always be connected to the higher ranks by some form of communication.
[HIGH COMMAND] Captains - They are trusted people of the Supervisors and the Grand Operative. They are hand picked, and are veterans of the DFD. They are capable of other things in the DFD group.
[HIGH COMMAND] Brigadiers - They are the most trusted people of the DFD. They are also hand picked for their superiority between the Captains.
TIER 3
[HIGH COMMAND] Supervisor - Is an assistant in command of DFD. Everything else is classified.
[HIGH COMMAND] Grand Operative - Is the head of the DFD. Everything else is classified.

4.1 TRAINING
Training is one of the major things in DFD. There are 2 types of trainings, a standard DFD training and a DFD SDA training. Both are completely different things. For one, you can only attend a SDA training if you are in SDA. Whereas SDA trainings are more about impressing, DFD trainings are more for getting experience in fighting and gaining skills that lead up to your rep count. Which eventually gets you promoted. Attending a training does not automatically mean a promotion. Waiting for a trainer to appear it not acceptable either, we'd much rather have you do something else while waiting for a trainer to announce his/her training.
DFD trainings are hosted by Captains+, but usually Brigadiers+. SDA trainings are hosted by SD Trainers+.
4.2 TRAINING RULES
-Always wear your uniform in training. If you're not wearing your uniform, the trainer has the right to kick you. -Be quiet when a trainer asks you to. A trainer has the right to kick you if you do not. -Do not beg for a trainer to hold a training or to join an existing server, as you risk a demotion if you do. -Stand in line, wait for the trainer to come. Or even better, do something more productive like protecting a base and checking if a trainer has arrived every once in a while. -There may only be maximum two trainers per training, though if the head trainer does not wish to recieve aid, he has the right to remove the second trainer from the server. The first trainer to arrive is the head of the training, the second is the aid of the head trainer. -Always obey your trainer(s). If you do not, he/she has all right to kick you from the game. -Stay mature. If you do not, he/she has all right to kick you from the game. -Think before you act. -Perform the best you can.
__
5.1 STANDARD DUTIES FOR CAPTAINS+ -Perform a DFD training a day (preferred) announce it on the DFD wall, and give at least 1 person rep for his/her effort (in the worst case, give him/her 5 rep) -Protect and patrol DFD bases against raiders. -Patrol the WIJ wall for any spam, fights, etc. If you see someone do good by helping, write his/her name down and go to them to give small reputation. |
