You guys are saying this as a cowardice act, whilst I see it as a smart decision. It is smarter for one to spend on stuff that their country needs, and countries don't need weapons to live.

Lets see the USA go 1 year without any weapons at all throughoutt the entire country. They would be invaded by numerous other countries, and that would be the end of it.
If its a tiny country like Jamaica, then obviously it doesn't need Military, but more importsnt places like the USA do. |
