I made a huge flyable ship and added a hoverseat to fly it (yes it is not anchored yes it is all welded yes technicly it should work) but every time i run scripts it just dissaperes! Before i finished it's contruction i would run scripts to see if the ship would start falling to make sure it's all unanchored, and as i added more to it, the laggier the game became when it fell. Recently, instead of falling it just vanishes. Technicly the hover seat should make it so it doesn't move until a person gets into the seat yet it still dissaperes. Also i saw that when i anchored a piece and ran scripts the ship stayed in one place. Help me please! What do i have to do to keep my ship from dissapering so i can fly it?

| The hover seat might have certain heights that it goes to automaticlly. |

I have no answer.
However, to look at an example on Build and Race, the special seats there can be mass copied on an object and soon the object dissapears.
The special seats have BodyGyros in them I think, and (I think) a BodyVelocity as well, plus the script that allows you to turn and move in the air.
If you have a hover seat, one of those thing could be your problem.
Now lets say some structure is offbalanced, and unanchored, and attached to a hinge, or several hinges. If I place a BodyGyro brick on that structure, it has a high chance of dissapearing.
I know I didnt explain too awful much about scripting problems, just some glitches in ROBLOX physics.
The problem could be: Too big of a ship. Hinges on the ship. Too powerful of a BodyGyro on the ship. Too much mass for the BodyGyro or some other physics related object.
A possible solution based on what you wrote is, that you could have the ship anchored until three seconds after sombody climbed in.
But that could make the person dissapear too. |

| I think u may be right, i think i saw it like fall down through the baseplate like a broken mesh almost, how can i fix that though? Is maybe it's jsut too many bricks and too huge for roblox to ahndle? ussually it crashes roblox with all the bricks in the original when the scripts are ran |

| On a side note, there are no hinges on the ship, and the hover seat isn't too powerful becuase i have used it on smaller ships i have made and it works just fine |

| thisis wierd, as i was deleting bricks to reduce the brick count after i deleted a certain model in the ship it worked......does it have anythign to do with that mdoel or did i just reach the amount of bricks roblox can handle? |
