| Everytime I uninstall and reinstall, it keeps giving me this message "Pease terminate this file:000xc5" and I can't load ANY web pages even when my internet is working on firefox. |

I know a way o fix it. Go to the Windows Start menu nd select "Run...".
Then if you are using Windows XP or Vista or Windows 7, type cmd into the Run box and click "OK". You could also type cmd.exe
Otherwise, if you are using an older version of Windows, type command into the Run box and click "OK". You could also type command.exe
Input -s

I'm using Google Chrome now and I have been for a long time and haven't received this error so I can't help. Sorry.
