I had BC for 403 days! Do you know what a great loyalty bonus that gives me? Anyway, I got a PM, so I checked it and it was a system message (the red ones) saying it had expired. Neither me or my parents cancelled it, and even if I get it back now I'll be getting 15 robux a day instead of 30.
Please help! I want to know why it happened, if it has ever happened to anyone here, or if there is any way of fixing it.
P.S. I don't buy ROBLOX cards, I pay online. |

Most likley someone else got into your account and cancelled it manually.

How can it run out? Does it have a limit? I pay monthly, and for over a year it had been auto-renewing. |

If it was the time when it wasn't SUPPOSED to run out then, what I would do, Is probably contact roblox or just call up the ROBLOX HQ. They should probably be able to get it back for you.

"Hello, ROBLOX Help Centre. Today (25th of February) I received a system message saying my builders club had expired. The only thing is, I can't just buy it again because I had builders club for 403 days, so my loyalty bonus was very good. Neither me or my parents cancelled it, and for over a year now it's been automatically renewing. I'm happy to buy it again, but I was hoping you could get me my loyalty bonus back, and/or find the source of the problem.
