I'm downloading a 2.64gb file on a 3MBps fibre optic connection, yet I'm only recieving 30kB/s . This is unusual as normally I recieve 1k KB/s on Utorrent. Any ideas why? |

| If anybody on the network is downloading something as well, it will decrease latency. |

Latency shouldn't be a issue. I had nobody on the network and just Utorrent open for like 5 minutes. |

| Then it is just the servers you are downloading from. |
