(Alright, many were disappointed with that mountain of text. Now I will just post the CS, and guide players along the process of filling it out.)
Before some of you complain about the "no story line" thing, Dungeon & Dragons builds its story line and plot during the role play itself.

| @leon; What do you mean by "get"? Do you mean, how to fill out the stat's field? E.g; How do you fill out "Strength"? |

Dungeons & Dragons doesn't develop the plot as it goes. The GM creates an elaborate plot taking in most possibilities and then adjusts when the players take unexpected actions. Anyway, this is 4.0, correct?

@Solotaire,
I just build the world, it's history and characters.
Then make up the plot during the adventure. |

| By creating a world and characters, you're already well into your way of making the plot, assuming by "characters" you also mean some NPCs. But your plan could work regardless. I guess I just prefer more background-structure to my games. |

Well, NPCs, not characters.
Not sure if my terminology really matters, as both the player characters and NPCs are "Characters." |

| Pre-creating the NPCs is already well into plot. Then you just need to figure out where to place them, how the players will meet them, and go from there. |

| @Solotaire; Thus these NPCs reveal story line to the characters. There is no beginning plot, yes? |

I need help making a charecter.
And I think it's more fun to just make up some goverment officals, the history of the world and then let the plot unfold by itself.

~FAQ~ Q) What class do you recommend? A) It's completely up to you. However, if you have never played D&D before, I recommend playing as a Fighter. The other classes (especially Wizard and Sorcerer) become a bit difficult to learn.
Q) What race do you recommend? A) Now this is absolutely up to you. I have no recommendation for this. Each class has its strengths and weaknesses.
Q) Where's the plot? A) It slowly builds during the role play. |
