CameraGuis could come in handy too to make custom cameras.

| Yes, or some other functionality that allowed you to draw to everyone's GUI at once. How many times has that been annoying |

So, you want a service, that replicates GUIs for you. I can see it becoming rather nasty. Because there is so many non-trivial things we would want.

Now, I am not sure what you are talking about. The PlayerGui service is replicated. So if you clone some Gui into it, then it will replicate to all Clients.

@Sorcus, I honestly agree with tenal. Its a hassle to have to create a manager to keep track of all players, insert the gui, and constantly update that gui; AND inserting it on player added. Wouldn't it be much better to have that C sided? |

| We want something to be able to, in some way, draw a Gui to everyone. |

| If you want to make GUIs more "beginner friendly", then add this. |

| if you were to remove something from player GUI it will not change on every player's screen. all it does is clone huge laggy GUIs into everyones GUI. |

I don't think Tenal knows what he/she is talking about, so ignoring for now. Anyway, explain this to me. I did a simple experiment here.
If you know what GUIs you need to make beforehand, you simply make a LocalScript, which acts as a manager for you and does stuff, like what I do for the BaseWars game. This is in the StarterGui and is replicated.
Else, if you want to make some GUIs on the fly that auto replicate, ideally you would take that into account in your LocalScript, while coding it. Still, there is only 1 manager that you need to code, correct? Worst case,
In a server script, you do,
wait() local s = Instance.new("ScreenGui") s.Parent = game.StarterGui -- A random example
So, this will replicate to your client, when your character dies. Which might be a problem. Give me a real example.
P.S. The second example is rather terrible, I think.

They don't mean that, I think they mean actually constant replication rather than on-spawn. |

@Sorcus
That wouldn't be very good for 2D games, and you can't bash on 2D games in Roblox seeing as you made the two gear ones yourself. What if I wanted to do a multiplayer version of that? Hmmmm?

@Sorcus
1. insert gui into global gui service. 2. everyone sees the global gui. 3. change the single gui in the global gui service. 4. everyone sees the changed gui.
u know now? |

aboy, I am not sure you understand. I love making 2D stuff. But doesn't mean, the API needs to support it, you see. So, if I really want it, I will try and do it, because I know its possible with the existing API, just a little harder.
So you guys basically want like a bit on the PlayerGui, that updates Client GUIs on the fly.

| They mean a service in the datamodel in which you simply add a gui to it and all players instantly see it. And if you remove that gui, then no one sees it any longer. |
