First off, you can't shoot both at the same time accurately.
You use one hand and point and shoot while the other hand keeps the other gun at the ready. Once you run one gun dry, shoot the other, while dropping to your knee and clamping the empty pistol in the crook of your leg and awkwardly reloading while shooting the other gun.
It could work. |

I've found that at >15 feet, you should be able to land all shots on a target unless you're shooting g @ n g s t a style.
