Pick a team out of the teams in Euro 2012 and select who you would pick if you were the countries manager. The list of teams are: •Poland (HOST) •Ukraine (HOST) •Germany •Russia •Italy •France •Netherlands •Greece •England •Denmark •Spain •Sweden
You can only select 23 players in your squad. Copy and paste this and write who your team would involve.
Country: (Select from the list) Formation: (Change the starting positions on the sheet depending on your formation. Sheet Formation is 4-4-2)
1-GK: 2-DEFENDER: 3-DEFENDER: 4-DEFENDER: 5-DEFENDER: 6-MIDFIELD: 7-MIDFIELD: 8-MIDFIELD: 9-MIDFIELD: 10-FORWARD: 11-FORWARD: SUBS 12-GK: 13-ANY: 14-ANY: 15-ANY: 16-ANY: 17-ANY: 18-ANY: RESERVES- 19-GK 20-ANY 21-ANY 22-ANY 23-ANY
Please do not flame or troll this thread. If you do, you are very immature. I call it football. You may call it soccer. I do not care, it is my thread, so don't flame. |

So did I, I just closed it down. xD
Stockdale isn't good enough for Euro 2012. Capello wil be a idiot not take to take Rooney and Alex Oxlaide Chamberlain has been playing amazingly. Shame Ben Foster retired from international football, he is a gret goalkeeper, but John terry should 100% be captain. |

Welbeck>Sturridge.
And I have always admitted Chelsea have a incredible defense. Now they have Gary Cahill too which is good, but I dislike David Luiz quite a bit. With JT, Ashley, Gary and David and Petr Cech, Chelsea probaly have one of the strongest defence, just behind Barcelonas defenders. |

When America named their sport hundreds of years after we named football in the Early Tudor times.
Learn you sport history, silly child. |

Country: England Formation: 4-1-2-1-2
1-GK: Joe Hart (MAN CITY) 2-DEFENDER: K. Walker (TOTTENHAM) 3-DEFENDER: G. Cahill (CHELSEA) 4-DEFENDER: P. Jones (MAN UTD) 5-DEFENDER: A. Cole (CHELSEA) 6-MIDFIELD (CDM): S. Parker (TOTTENHAM) 7-MIDFIELD: J. Wilshere [If Fit] (ARSENAL), if not.. S. Gerrard (LIVERPOOL) 8-MIDFIELD: F. Lampard (CHELSEA) 9-MIDFIELD (CAM): A. Young (MAN UTD) 10-FORWARD: D. Sturridge (CHELSEA) 11-FORWARD: D. Welbeck (MAN UTD)
Or....4-5-1
1-GK: Joe Hart (MAN CITY) 2-DEFENDER: K. Walker (TOTTENHAM) 3-DEFENDER: G. Cahill (CHELSEA) 4-DEFENDER: J. Terry (CHELSEA) 5-DEFENDER: A. Cole (CHELSEA) 6-MIDFIELDER (CDM): P. Jones (MAN UTD) 7-MIDFIELDER (CM): S. Parker (TOTTENHAM) 8-MIDFIELDER (CM): J. Wilshere (IF FIT...), if not F. Lampard (CHELSEA) or J. Milner (MAN CITY) 9-MIDFIELDER (LM): A. Young (MAN UTD) 10-MIDFIELDER (RM): Oxlaide Chamberline (ARSENAL)) 11-FORWARD: D. Sturridge (CHELSEA)
SUBS 12-GK: R. Green (WEST HAM) 13-ANY: J. Terry (CHELSEA) 14-ANY: J. Lescott (MAN CITY) 15-ANY: Oxlaide Chamberline (ARSENAL) 16-ANY: J. Milner (MAN CITY) 17-ANY: W. Rooney (MAN UTD, once back from suspension goes to XI) 18-ANY: J. Defoe (TOTTENHAM) RESERVES- 19-GK: D. Stockdale (FULHAM) 20-ANY: P. Jagielka (EVERTON) 21-ANY: T. Walcott (ARSENAL) 22-ANY A. Johnson (MAN CITY) 23-ANY: B. Zamora (FULHAM)
Others (I couldn't fit in):
C. Smalling (MAN UTD) M. Richards (MAN CITY) D. Bent (ASTON VILLA) J. Rodwell (EVERTON)
I couldn't fit in these 4 here, even though with them in would be good additions to the squad, I feel that the 4-5-1 is slightly stronger than the 4-1-2-1-2 with England, with Rooney coming back in the 4-5-1 we could have Sturridge on the RM and Welbeck playing LM even, he has some pace. But obviously would have to track back, that would be a more attacking 4-5-1. You may have to consider leaving Terry out because of the circumstances, he doesn't deserve it no where he was racist in my mind. So yeah. |

@epiclyforgotten
Tea is Indian. British people drink alot of Coffee. Learn your facts and stop copying things you see on your American and Canadian TV shows about the Posh British.
@Crackup
>No. Just. No England copied the name.
England copied the name? You know nothing about history of sport and in general, do you? We invented football, the largest sport in the world, and we took it over to America, which then adapted the rules of Rugby and took the name Football. So, America therefore adapted and evolved TWO English sports.
You truly know nothing, do you. |
