This message pops up everytime I click Play to play any game. The game I click on never loads, even after 10 minutes of waiting (usually it takes 10 seconds to connect to a game). This happened after my anti-virus had cleaned up some of my computer (apperently a Roblox file was considered to be a Trojan by my anti-virus).
Any spot where I can re-download Roblox? Or what should I do instead? |

You may remove all roblox game data on your computer then redownload Roblox,hopefully it will help. Also when you are downloading cancel it when it says CONFIGERING, that might help. |

| Question... when you say remove ALL data, you mean places as well (places saved onto my computer)? Studio and solo works fine (for some strange reason), I just can't play any of the server games. |

| Nvm, I just went to www.roblox.com/install and re-installed Roblox. It works fine now. Thanks for helping though. |
