I can say personally that VS is doing just fine - absolutely boast of activity and discipline by now. Denying the discipline part? I've been working for VS for a total of 5 days to an entire week (as of this thread creation) and already loving this. Completely satisfying for anyone who would want to see it. Here are some things to aid in discipline, completely made for VS. Copyright is open, for any OTHER clan who wants to use it. You're welcome. THIS IS A LONG POST AHEAD: "tl;dr" COMMENTS ARE NOT NEEDED. THANK YOU.
Some commands I would like to explain to VS:
--LINE POSITIONS/COMMANDS --PART 1 slifom ; straight line in front of me (Commonly would be used on the battlefield, quite helpful to some players)
stsl ; shoulder-to-shoulder line (Also very common - I should not have to put ifom *in front of me* for people, it should automatically just be in front of me at the time unless I say in the back of me)
--FOLLOW SETTINGS (POSITIONING) --PART 2 follow_player - ex; follow_skater16 (After the _ will have a player name, whoever it says and is in the name you will follow. An easy command)
halt ; to stop immediately. Imminent changes as well: if the player keeps moving (the commandant who says it) YOU DON'T FOLLOW HIM/HER. You will wait until the commandant says "Resume" or "Follow me" again, or the player name like before.
--POSITION EXPLAINING --PART 3 The positions of your own character will not befuddle you (hopefully) - but it is going to now be a standard for VS. If we ever get an enemy, your positions will be explained - also at Vulcan. An example for will be displayed below. A commandant (disciplinary officer, as it can be called) will order you the ex.
ex (Vulcan command);
"Two soldiers by the main gate, guarding positions." - two comrades will pleasantly either reply "Yes sir/ma'am" or don't talk, and follow the order. Same for all other examples/commands.
That is the one command I can give for example - or impression towards it. Any other commands MUST also be listened to within that section! Thank you.
--RANK FUNCTIONING --PART 4
Any rank higher then you must be listened to you. Regardless of rank, we are also all equal - no one can treat anyone badly without a reason, especially if one another is the SAME EXACT RANK.
The AP/CP system is not on this thread, it is explained in a Guide, or can be explained by a Colonel/General, or even the LRs - all are nice (or should be) about it. AP/CP is the MAIN SYSTEM to get promoted.
--SQUADRONS (OPTIONAL)
This is not permitted yet, yet customized already. Here is a first-remark of a Squadron: http://www.roblox.com/My/Groups.aspx?gid=500037
It is currently under development. Will be a personal squadron of mine. For training professionally, personal trainings, sword fighting, regulations, etc.
Will be an impressive or Elite squadron of my own.
--FINAL MESSAGE
THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL MAIN GUIDE. IT IS PREFERABLY MADE TO MAKE A GOOD IMPRESSION IN VS. The high ranks MAY NOT use the exact commands, but this is a good practice guide to abide, we'd gladly appreciate you listen to ANY command a high rank gives you. Including to quiet down.
I appreciate the time you took for reading this - tell me what you think below, and if it confuses you, just PM me.
Also, a final message to anyone; Anyone who disrespects a high rank is penalized, which meaning you will be demoted or AP/CP will be taken away. DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT NEW COLONELS/GENERALS EITHER. I am actually aware of it and and will no longer step down/complain - you should follow my impression there. THANK YOU. |

@joe:
and "offense" to you apparently meaning you just want to say that and get away? ok. Let me enlighten you;
the squadron "Stardust" was not aware of for any VS member - therefore was just announced, the commands were only used at my trainings and not EVERYONE.
You sir, can be a nice example of disrespect. Hopefully next time, please make a good impression |

| Awesome guide, skater. Wish I could've attended some of the meetings you had over the weekend, but I was busy working on something. What will the requirements be to join the squadron? |
