That's sad, it would serve him right if Ron Paul came from his second place (he's at twenty one percent right now) to kick him from his throne.

Why aren't people voting for Ron Paul? Ron Paul is trying to repeal NDAA, and if he doesn't, I give it a few years before I get detained for my utter refusal to stop speaking the truth.
I used to be agentrok. -It's not easy being cheesy. |

@Trolololoz, I like to think that congress WOULD work with him, despite what you're saying.

>Why are all the ron paul supporters too stupid to realize that if he were elected, nobody in congress would work with him? They expect him to do miracles, and if elected, he WILL fail, and then they will turn on him like those same people did with obama.
I'm concerned about not getting detained, all of the candidates suck, but Ron Paul is the only guy that's gonna try to keep those who speak up from getting sent to a "Government run totally-not-a-labor-camp detention facility."
I'm skeptical of anyone's claims that NDAA won't be abused.

You also shouldn't be allowed to pass a law that puts American citizens in jail without a trial...

I AM a Tinfoil Hatter, of the Political Party, the Tinfoil Hatters. I myself agree with him here, I'm not saying it's going to be abused now, I'm saying that it will be in the future unless it is changed.

The bill says that US citizens can be arrested without a trial in a battlefield. IT's very clear, and it's not like Obama didn't kill a US citizen a few months ago without a trial. Hint hint: Anwar al-Awlaki

It can still be abused, they could easily declare the U.S a warzone itself if the unrest becomes too great.

It could be considered that way. A revolution (if you're for it) and a bad thing (if you're against it.) However, what's not to say that a congressman later down the road edits it with another bill which allows the president to abuse it? I'm just saying it's possible.
