"A few months after Kristaallnacht, The pogrom when Jew stores were looted and synagogues burned, A bill was presented to Congress that would have saved 20,000 Jew children by allowing them entry into the U.S, Because of pressure from lobbying groups and anti-semi.tism in the country, the bill died in committee. Although the president had a chance to save it, He decided against it. Several years later, congress passed a siimilar bill allowing British children into the country during Germany's air attacks on Britian."

And the allies did actually know of these camps, Evenn from 1941: "Throughout the war, The media routinely reported on the Holo, But it usually buried the stories in the back pages."

And "Jewish groups were providing detailed information to the Allied governments and asking that something be done. In Decem. 1942, The allies issued a joint declaration condemning extermination. In late 1944, A detailed report of what was going on at Auwwitz with statistics, maps, diagrams, was made by Rudolf Vrba and Fred Wetzler, Two Jews who escaped from the same camp. The report was given to Churchill, Roosevelt, And the pope but nothing was done about it."

The War Refugee Board specificly asked the U.S war Department to bomb the mass ex camp equipment as wusch, They replied they wouldn't because it would be "an unwarranted diversion of planes needed else where"

And on the fact the prisoners wanted the camps to be bombed:
"The prisoners in Aushwitz were even hoping they'd be bombed." "Our greatest antcipation was when the air raids were on" said Celia Rosenburg, Who was there at the time "It would have been our pleasure to be bombed. It never occured to us to be afraid"

If I remember correctly, a poll taken in the United States in 1930 came to the conclusion that approximately half of Americans admitted to disliking Jews.

"A 2007 survey by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) concluded that 15% of Americans hold antisemitic views, which was in-line with the average of the previous ten years, but a decline from the 29% of the early sixties. The survey concluded that education was a strong predictor, “with most educated Americans being remarkably free of prejudicial views.” The belief that Jews have too much power was considered a common anti-Semitic view by the ADL. Other views indicating antisemitism, according to the survey, include the view that Jews are more loyal to Israel than America, and that they are responsible for the death of Christ. The survey found that antisemitic Americans are likely to be intolerant generally, e.g. regarding immigration and free-speech"

Why is that hard to believe? It was 1930.
