| you honestly think that is C++... i should lock you in a room with nothing but a TV, xbox no internet connection and Sonic 06 to simulate hell, that sir is obvious vissual basic if it was C++ then it would be using the win32 api or QT. |

| mykros, most people nowadays use QT its simply the greatest GUI widget application framework, it has its own graphics API plus it allows for openGL widgets, hell why did i list win32, QT is the best plus its cross platform. |

| im aware of all of them, but most developers i know and have seen seem to be leaning towards QT now, also forgot to mention QT creator(IDE) is free unlike vissual studio and im pretty sure you could just do straight C++ code in it if you wanted so ontop of all that its a free IDE :D |

| Of course, Qt comes with a rather high start-up cost and redistributable size, so it's not without it's costs. |
