For many millennium, the kingdoms of Ridgestorm have been, despite their petty arguments, peaceful. Their united powers have brought many a disaster to it's own knees, Ridgestorm becoming victor. But one simple action could change all that. The actions of a lesser know wizard who lived far off long ago. Be sought to bring forth a race of superior intellect far from that of even the wisest Soul Toad. He created several forms, Giant Spiders known as Shplincor, Humanoid Lobsters known as Trilgniile, and strange monsters with segmented shells that had never shown their faces and wielded claws of immense power known as Hevlispen.
As is easily imagined, they were far from the wizard's hopes. Though they held strategical wisdom beyond belief, they were not truly wise trivially. They sought revenge, as is the quest of all creatures that have been 'created' instead of born. But the had escaped... Escaped to Ridgestorm. So the legions of the Arachnid Horde ran forth, seeking revenge for an entire decade. And then they saw it, the small sea continent of Ridgestorm.
-GRAND KINGDOMS OF RIDGESTORM-
MAP: http://www.roblox.com/RIDGESTORM-item?id=70744721
The sand-colored one is Coletikon. A desert made of thinly spread forces and many cities of outlaws and traders. It is good for both making ones fortune and loosing it.
The purple one is Joremten. It is a heavenly place, one of grand cities and art and science. It is inhabited by the strong-willed and artistic, and ruled by the rich and elite. Laws are beliefs here, and all inhabitants happily follow them as they paint or build.
The light blue one is Regyredab. It is a mountainous land of snow and peaks that are higher than all in Ridgestorm, maybe even the whole world. There are few cities here, and the wilderness is inhabited by horrid snow monsters and other beasts. Many climb the mountains in seek of religious events.
The dark gray one is a small kingdom made of compact cities and strict rules. Despite it's size, it has the greatest army there is. Factories at which the children work, guards who intrude into your home whenever they see fit, and even a law against sugar for children under three, this all makes it a nightmare to those who live in the other kingdoms. It has no official name.
The brown one is Holiday. It is the largest kingdom in Ridgestorm and by far the greatest. It is made of flat rock plateaus and dusty deserts, but it is filled with stone spires that stab the landscape and offer an abundance of minerals inside. The kings of Holiday are the friendliest, and most powerful.
The green one is Junaira Mogni. It is a area full of forests and jungles. It's lush vegetation keeps most knowledge locked up, besides rumors from the cities actually considered part of the kingdom.
The yellow one is Veggnitfal. It is a sandy area full of beaches and tropical villages. Many seek it's wonderful beaches for vacationing purposes. It has no ruler, and is protected only by volunteers, of which there are many.
The red one is Burnten. It is a simple fiery wasteland. Few live here, there is no knowledge besides this, most adventurers die from their burns before they tell their story to their sad assistants.
The pink one is Hoglivbe. It is a land made of grassy plains. It is greatly sought after my many farmers for it's lush fertile ground.

You may be any fantasy race, as long as it is not overpowered. But only 'classic fantasy'. Unicorns, Orcs, Mermaids, Demons, ect. Also, if you simply MUST, vampires and werewolves. But no stereotyped ones vampires or werewolves.
___________________________________________________________________________
The Ridgestormian Gold Heart coin is valued by all as a form of currency, though all kingdoms might have their individual form otherwise.

Strong magic is rare. Small magical abilities aren't.

(Alright! I'm done...)
N@me: Chilali Unalaq @ge: 136 (looks to be 29 in human years) Gender: Female Appearance: Chilali has light, shaggy grey hair that falls to her shoulders but she keeps it pulled back in a low pony-tail. She has a triangular shaped face and almond shaped eyes that are pure black. She has pale blue skin and stands around 5'8" For clothing, Chilali wears a parka that goes down to her knees with fur trimming around the hood and trims. It's white but has grey and black designs of sacred symbols on it. Under she wears a thick, long sleeve white shirt and hid pants. She also wears leather boots lined with fur. Strapped onto her back is a 6'0" spear made from a tree that only grows in Regyredab and a rock also only found in Regyredab. It has the same design as her parka. Race: Pobl-Eira (Snow person (Explanation bellow)) Personality: Chilali is a strong soul but a quiet person. She can be very coy and protective at times. Items: Her spear and a pouch with special herbs and dried meats in it. Skill: Parkour Main Magical Ability: (How non-major does this have to be?) Items: (Again?) Bio: Chilali grew up in the community of Tempestas, on the peak of an relatively unknown mountain. What makes Tempestas so special is that it is home to one of the largest temples in all of Regyredab. Chilali grew up in a family of hunters, with and older brother and parents, and soon learned how to fight with a spear. One trip with her older brother and a few other Polb-Eira and unknown beast attacked and killed her brother and three other ones. Chilali got away with minor injury. The priests thought her and the other survivors were crazy when they talked of beasts with hard red shells but soon the invasion of more beats began to ravish the lands. For the past year nothing has really changed beside the fact that the attacks on Pobl-Eira communities are getting closer to Tempestas. Extra: Nothing else!
The Pobl-Eira strictly live in Regyredab. Some say they grew from the monsters of the snow and others say they are the snow. The Pobl-Eira have a strong connection with the land and treat it as if it was a God for they believe it's the only thing that keeps them alive during the long winters. They build small temples and shrines across mountain sides to respect their beliefs. For eons, the Pobl-Eira has learned every beast of the land and how to get one away. It is unusual for one to kill a beast, because they believe everything came from the same mother, but will if it's life or death.
The Pobl-Eira are not gender divided but chose jobs based on their strength. They live in communities of around 20-40 and live in permanent huts made from hides of beasts, snow, and dried foliage. On hunting trips, which could last up to two weeks each, they live in mobile tents mad from hid.
the average life span of a Polb-Eira is [Human age]x4.7. This means, the oldest a Polb-Eira can live is around 400 years. They grow to be about 6'0" at the tallest, much like a human. Their anatomy has evolved to blend in well with the mountains. They have white or light grey hair and pale blue skin. Their eyes are pure black to help with snow blindness. The Pobl-Eira language consists of hard Ks and Ls. For a Pobl-Eira to speak any other language is very rare because not many other races come up to the high peaks where they live. Because the Pobl-Eira live for so long, the average age of marri.ge is 30 human years. The main weapons of the Pobl-Eira are spears. They have also been known to use bows and arrows. |

(As for powers, non-major would be not being able to:
-FUS RO DAH! -Lift mountains with your mind. -Teleport over long distances. (Short distances, like a few feet, are fine.) -Making money with magic.) |

CS: Name: Jarg Ag/e: 1,293 Gender: Male.
Appearance: Jarg stands at 6'5, his form completely skeletal and his bones bleached white. Small wisps of purple energy can be seen occasionally trailing between and through them. Though he lacks natural eyes, or indeed anything natural beyond his bones, Jarg has something in Their place; Small, purple orbs of light that alter their shape to express emotion.
Jarg is missing his entire left arm, and the ring finger of his right hand is gone as well. Jarg lacks clothing beyond tattered rags. Jarg's head has a small sapling protruding from a hole in it's right side. Vines and small flowers sprout from Jarg's form at various areas, particularly around and within his Ribcage.
Jarg's bones have many signs of a long life of living in the rough wilderness, though most are covered by leaves and vines now.
Race: Undead- Skeleton. Formerly human. Personality: Childish view upon the world, quick to learn but unwise. Does not understand the concept of lying.
Items: A rusted, chipped iron sword.
Skill: Memory; Jarg knows very little, but remembers what he learns quite well. Main Magical Ability: The energies powering Jarg are, despite their deathly origin, completely natural. Plant seeds and pollen that land upon Jarg thrive as if they were receiving proper water, sunlight, and nutrients 24/7. Jarg can also harness these energies, though it is subconscious and during combat or distressing moments, pumping the already strong plants with the energy and toughening them into a natural armor.
Bio: Jarg was, many generations ago, a powerful druid. So powerful was he, in fact, that the energies that surrounded him constantly had seeped into his body, focusing within his heart and bones and spreading elsewhere from there. It is unknown by the world what Jarg used this power for, or even what Jarg's original name was. Jarg, however, can still remember to a certain degree. He remembers growing great and powerful trees that even today stand proud in Junaira Mogni.
However, that was long ago. Jarg, like most Humans are wont to do, withered away and died in peace. However, he did not stay dead forever. The power within him, after 1,237 ye/ars of stagnation, suddenly compressed. What was left of his memory and magical skills- admittedly very little- was bound to his body. The energy was immensely damaged in it's supply, but Jarg once again walked.
Jarg, with very little of who and what he once was intact, wandered away from the tree that his Skeleton had become surrounded by. He has been wandering for 4 years, aimlessly stumbling about and never quite finding civilization
Now, at long last, Jarg has found his way to the world outside of his little forest, in the form of the plateaus of Holiday.
Extra: Jarg, despite being undead, still needs rest. He needs less rest than a fully living being, but requires it to regain expended energy. |

It was natural, but it was not life. That single sentence raced through Jarg's fairly young mind over and over again, as his wide purple orbs stared across the stone set before him. Occasionally he would see a gust of strange ground up dirt- sand, he remembered-, but little else.
Jarg cooed to the plants within and upon his form, patting a vine draped on his shoulder as he slowly resumed his endless stagger forward. Jarg had awoken only a few hours ago, startled awake by a flash of what he swore was something red and fast. He had decided not to stick around. After all, there was adventuring to do.
The adventure seemed to have found Jarg this time, however. The stone plateaus stretched out in front of Jarg as far as he could see, interrupted by the occasional odd, stationary shape in the distance. His sluggish, stumbling gait slowly altered it's course, now heading for one of those objects. |
