This is the main promotion guidelines for TRA. Any questions about promotions in any other divisions, message a high rank of that TRA Division. Any official division of TRA is owned/approved by the commander.
Private- You must be a graduate in the TRA Academy. When you are, message a Colonel, General, or the Commander, for acceptance into the main group. To keep your rank as a private, you'll need to defend HQ and at least be active in some way.
Corporal- To earn this rank, you'll have to defend HQ often, paticipate in trainings, and be active on the group walls. At this rank, you are a regular soldier.
Sergeant- To earn Sergeant, you will need to defend HQ daily, be active in group conversations, participate in trainings, and get noticed by the High Ranks (do NOT stalk them). Participating in trainings is a good way to get noticed by High Ranks. You will also need to practice shooting and sword skills.
Lieutenant- At this rank, you lead lower ranks into battle, and order them to positions. You must participate not only in trainings, but raids aswell. Otherwise, you must follow all the expectations of being a Sergeant.
Captain- To earn this rank, you must get noticed by the High Ranks, and lead lower ranks in battle. You must participate in raids, trainings, and defend the fort DAILY. You also will have to practice sword, gun, and leadership skills. To practice your leadership skills, you can assist Majors, Colonels, Generals, and the Commander, in trainings and raids.
Major- This rank is very hard to achieve. To KEEP this rank, you must hold trainings, maintain sword, gun, and leading skills, defend HQ daily, be active on the walls, and participate in raids. The only way you can achieve this rank is being HAND-PICKED by the Commander, and you must graduate the TRA Major's Academy.
Colonel- To achieve this rank, you must dedicate a lot of time to TRA, maintain a SUPERIOR skill in swords, guns, and leading. At this rank, you are a role model to TRA, and you must be mature, such as not abusing admin, using grammar, defending HQ daily, holding trainings, and hosting raids. You need to be very active to keep this rank. Only Majors can be ELECTED to become a Colonel.
General- This rank is given to the best of the best in TRA. All ranks Major+ can vote a Colonel that has dedicated many long periods of time to TRA, has an outstanding skill in leadership, swords, and guns, and is mature, when there is a General Election. Generals can command all ranks lower than itself.
Commander- The Commander of TRA makes the rules. You must listen to him/her at all costs. Disobeying him/her will result in a punishment of his/her choice. If the Commander of TRA chooses to retire his rank, then he/she will choose a Colonel or General to take his/her place.
Any TRA that do not abide by these expectations can and will be demoted. ~Colonel Nick |
