[DISCLAIMER: I do not think I am any smarter, wiser, or competent than any of you. I have many flaws as a person and as a leader... I know I'm not perfect. This is just something that I thought of and wanted to share with you.]
What I'm going to tell you may seem like common sense, but it is something that is often overlooked or just not thought of, so listen up.
[THE PROBLEM]: I often see you complaining about how inactive your clans are, how badly the members behave, how they don't fight well enough. You all wonder why this happens. Well, for the answers, you should look at yourselves.
[THE REASON]: What do I mean? Well, by nature, people want to impress and copy the leaders they respect. (Ex: Little kids who adore their older siblings want to be just like them.)
[CAUSE & EFFECT]: Assuming that your subordinates respect you, how do your actions effect theirs? Well, applying what we know already... If you're inactive, they will be too. If your fighting skills are mediocre, the fighting skills they learn from you will be too. If you act funny and use bad grammar, they will too.
[THE POSITIVE SIDE]: Whether this causes good or bad things is up to you. It's your responsibility. If you're active, TRULY active, they will be too. If you fight with skill and encourage them to be their best, they will. If you treat everyone in your clan like family and welcome new people with open arms, your low-ranks will do the same. (Ex: EclipseEmily. 'Nuff said.)
[ENDING NOTES]: 1. Yes, there are always exceptions and sometimes things will happen that are completely out of your control. When it does, persevere and adapt to it or leave.
2. Don't let yourself or anybody else discourage you.
3. Don't feel powerless. Do your best and be willing to accept it when things don't go great and remind yourself that you did your best... Even when everyone around you wants you to believe that you suck, you're evil, whatever they say. It's their opinion. No one's forcing you to subscribe to it.
4. Have a good attitude. Attitude determines success in life more than any innate skills you may or may not have.
5. Last, be confident in yourself. If you don't believe in yourself, it's hard for anyone else to.
Sincerely, ~(JUNGLEgirl), (haloofdoom), LadySerenity You guys are awesome. :)
[TL;DR]: If you didn't have the attention span to read this, you may want to get checked for ADHD.<3 |

My older brother isn't into women, if you know what I mean(No, seriously. He is 26 or something and swings the other way)
I am at war with one of my older sisters and my other oldest sister is a vegan, vegetarian and has loads of allergies, and all round weirdo.
I want to grow up to be myself, not like my idiotic family.......... |

That's why I said "little kids who ADORE their older siblings" My little sister doesn't try to be like me and I don't want to be like my big brother. It was an example. |

That or there are other "high ranking figures" below you who are told they are high ranks, so they act like incompetent fools, by team killing, complaining, and being rude.
That is the problem I have.
Ok. |

"you're evil"
70% of RAA think that I am evil and they're afraid to argue with me. |

I stopped right there, because I have not done, nor do I need any of this.

@Artia That's corruption, which is a whole different issue... Which contributes to the same problem. I was only addressing one thing.
@lissitski That's a good thing I think. |
