Hello, WIJians.
Over the past few weeks, Trainers have been getting more and more annoyed at the way some of you treat us. This has been a growing issue, but as of now, we have had to take action.
Many of us at WIJ have been regretting this, but as of 21/1/12, trainings in WIJ and STA have now been tightened. By this, we mean we will not accept "garbage" and "rubbish" from Trainees.
Take this as a punishment, say. For one week, Trainings will become a heck of a lot stricter. That means you are to be mature, respect your Trainer(s) at ALL times, adress them as 'Sir' only, ect. If you fail to be tolerant, the Trainer can and WILL remove of you instantly.
Apart from this, demotions will now be handed out alot swiftly. Any slip-ups in your attitude could result in immediate demotion, depending on how harsh your "insult" was.
This is only a short-term punishment, in which we hope will straighten those up who are slacking. Remember, if you continue to be disrespectful to your Trainees, this could be a long-term punishment, or possibly a permanent fixture to the training guides.
We do hope you understand, and we are sincerely sorry for those who do not deserve this. On a side note, this is better than us going on a strike for a week.
-Officer Jammy -PS: This is an approved change in Trainings. Not happy with it? That is your own problem, I am afraid. |

| Well, glad this is happening. In one training this random trooper kept on calling their trainer names and insulting them and doing horrible stuff to 'em. I'm glad this has come out. This'll change the behavior of some who "slip up" a lot. |

| I like this. No more messing around in trainings. We will do it more harsh as it is how it should be done. Trainings will go out swiftly, or punishments will be involved. - RSuser |

This is certainly one way of dealing with this ever present issue however I feel, from experience, that it is up to the individual trainer to deal with any circumstances of "garbage", as you put it.
I understand how sometimes at certain trainings it can get a bit out of hand but this could easily be avoided by a simple kick of those who misbehave, allow them to rejoin but if they repeat it then report them to a Colonel or above and they will be dealt with.
So, overall, I would have to say that these changes are rather extreme. Perhaps it's the trainees causing this issue, but possibly even the trainer's lack of experience and ability to deal with such instances. |

| Lol, if you need to kick them, you obviously are inexperienced and you can't handle the situation. You then have no ability to be a trainer. |

Kicking has nothing to do with 'final resorts', most trainers are very capable. It's just that the level of respective trainees lately has been low, and this will make them fall back in line.

| The amount of discipline is the amount of respect. If you just go mindlessly kicking, you'll get nowhere. If you teach them the proper attire and ettiquette, you'll have A-List trainees. |

| I hope this does the trick. I've even noticed some of the more experienced of the soldiers loosening up abit, including myself. Hope this helps out. |

| Would saying "Darn" when you mess up on Obsticals 1 or 2 or losing an SF/1v1 Gun Tournament be offensive? |

Whether you like it or not, you're going to have to get used to it. For an entire week.
Look, if you can't take trainings seriously, you shouldn't do them.

| No Jammy, this new regime is great; it should be made a permanent fixture in our training guide in my opinion. It would also be great if HR's came down hard on Sergeants'. - Sergeant/>>> SGAbrett |

'For an entire week.'
Eh? Why aren't we just doing this completely?
After a week we'll go back to complaining Troopers, etc. |
