Thing is, the Cabinet members in the US are not members of Congress.
If they where, then they have to resign from congress.
We have a separation of power between Executive, Legislative and Judiciary. |

| It essentially means the government/ ISP can access you'r IP details and cut off you'r Internet and stuff like that. |
