I timed this...
The hooded shadow lurked past the cobble streets of the kingdom. Sent out from it's guild to take back the jewel encrusted bangle the guild's daughter wore. This would give him a high rank and give him freedom from his slavery of stealing. Avoiding eye contact, He used his abilities to get past many obstacles. Snuck past gaurds... Knocked out civilians.... He was hellbent on recovering the bangle. He stumbled up upon the checkpoint to the castle. He looks up to see the enormous stone giant looming over him. As he stared in awe, a guard caught him in his sight. "GUILD THIEF!" He shouted. Many guards heard the cry. The hooded thief had no choice; He pulled out a knife and lunged toward the shouting guard and with one swipe, his neck was slice open. He stared at the crying guard as he tried to keel the gallons of flowing blood inside. The footstomps of many enraged guards were heard. Swiftly; He began to climb the castle. Grabbing onto the oddly-placed stones as leverage. He finally reached near a window and climbed in. He snuck further in... Assassinating all who were in his way. His robes and hood were black and a grey raven stitched on, but it was now blood-stained and torn. He came upon a room where a fair lady slept. To her bedside was an armlet that shone brightly even in candle light. One glimpse and the thief KNEW it was the bangle. He snuck in, sliced her neck, and took the bangle. Terrified screams filled his ears as maidens stumbled upon dead guards and other maids. He had to escape. And quickly. He lept out the window he came from; and ran. He took a quick gander at the town ahead and saw a harsh fire with demonic chanting. The town was revolting due to many thief attacks. The thief sprinted towards the town, Avoiding the battle between the villagers and the guards. He reached the gate where suprisingly, was quiet. He crouched in the darkness ans waited until a fleeing civilian on horseback rode off. His luck was perfect. Soon enough, a man was fleeing on a horse. The thief lept on and kicked the poor man off. With the bangle still in his pouch, he darted off to the guild.
Yaaay. |
