So I have the games' architecture in mind.
A huge run-down tower like city next to a sea of toxic liquid.
The inhabitants of the city live off the refuse of the wasteland.
There will be green fog for an erie effect.
I am a good builder/C-framer but as you know, impressive building by itself isnt enough to attract alot of players.
Would you care to share any ideas/suggestions. |

Have one semi-standing building that is a trade centre in the middle of the city. Have surrounding buildings for surviving inhabitants and a small run down restraunt you can get food from.
Hide extra bonus' around the map, uhm, have a fallout shelter somewhere on the map, add a few hidden tunnels... etc. |

Add an old sherrifs office or something.
Maybe like after the apocalypse they had a new law enforcement and it was only one guy: the sherrif.
What if the player was the sherrif and have to negotiate with everyone else? |

| Wasteland is an overused theme. Practically anyone with a CFrame tool can do it nowadays. You have to try something more difficult. |

This will not be your ordinary wasteland game. I'm making the terrain strictly urban *save the acid sea* (no vast deserts, canyons, etc...) The gameplay will be inside a city like mega structure; wich you cannot get out of without falling into the sea. The structure will be like lots of old warehouses, train stations, motels, tunnels, and homes all fit together to make a tower.

I want to have some NPC's that give info/stories. However, I dont want the game to have a apocalyptic backstory.

Lifes forms such as large mammals and vegitation will be scarce in a shanty-tower. I'm thinking of adding a few roaches and a random, out-of-place, ripe peach :3 |

Add some mutants. Not the normal ones, but the type that have been affected by radiation and have extra skin cells growing on them, deforming them and changing them into heaps of skin and flesh...
Because there are mutants out there that look like that ^. They were affected by Agent Orange, Chernobyl, and other nuclear crap that the US and Russia has done over the years...

Add turban and hooded characters.
Members in messed up armour, like Sheeppie's clothing. Check those out for more ideas. |

| You should have access to the sewage system which is its own labyrinth and very complicated in structure that can take you particularly anywhere through this area. Have some of the people in the sewers and stuff. Not a lot but just a little group or so. |

| Have a lighthouse somewhere. There will be obstacles to reach to the top of it to turn it on which you will be able to remove as the game progresses. Once you reach the top and turn the light on a ship will be seen coming towards the land. Make a ominous/eerie looking ship and once it docks a whole flock of Mutant-like creatures start coming out of the ship and begin to attack the whole city and you have to stop them from reaching the nuclear plant which is located somewhere on this map. If they reach the plant the whole map blows up. :3 |
