| Andy Reid isn't the problem for the Eagles, it's the LBs and the DBs fundamentals. The Eagles LBing core hasn't been the same since Jeremiah Trotter left, after he left their LBs went down hill, now the proble with their DBs is they aren't making high percentage tackles, they aren't as aggressive as they used to be thus they are giving up more YDPG then they really should. So in my opinion the Eagles either need to draft a LBer in the Draft or sign a new defensive coordinator. |

Noooooo.
It's how they had no training camp and pressure.

| That too but if you watched the Eagles they secondary couldn't make a tackle to save their lives. |

| The secondary shouldnt be responsible for tackling RB's though, only WR's and TE's downfield after the catch, which they were weak with at times. Hopefully the Eags get Spagnoula (sp*?) for D Coach again and the situation will improve. |

| I understand the problem with the Dbs, and asomugha doesn't suck e doesn't get the ball thrown towards him, now the Eagles did draft a good lb in Casey Matthews but he still needs time to improve to be considered a good LB. |

| Casey Matthews was terrible this year, he got benched for a much better player in Brian Rolle, who I believe is also a rookie. They shouldnt have let Stewart Bradley go.... Trot was also a real long time ago, loved that dude. |

| Yea Brian rolle is good, and Stewart shouldn't have been traded/released, I wish they had kept Trotter though there wOnt be another LB like him on that team for awhile. |

| Trotter was getting old though, cant keep him forever. Shouldnt of let Stweart or Mikell walk away, shouldve re-signed them. |

| True, they also shouldn't have let Ernie Sims go, he was also a decent LB. |

| Yeah I liked him, and Witherspoon, who was replaced by Sims as we know. I like Moise Fokou and Akeem Jordan too, Fokou is showing tons of potential. |

| Them too, the only people holding that line together are Babin and Cole, without them they have no D-line. |

no, the eagles suck because the players suck the eagles found mediocre players on bad teams who looked good and then sent them to the spotlight of philly, where they were expected to play well |

| If they sucked they would have gone 0-16, Asomugha is one of the best corners in the NFL today (other than Revis) Samuel is a good shutdown corner, and Cromartie is a good speed corner who can match any players speed in the NFL, like Awesome had said if there had been a training camp they wouldn't have done as bad as they did. |

if they were good, they would've gone 12-4 or better they sucked they went 8-8 with a roster of "superstars"
asomugah is not the best corner, he looked to be the best because he was the only decent one on some piss-poor raiders teams. samuel isn't good either, and DRC only had one good year, last year.
and everyone had a shortened training camp how come other teams are doing so well with non-superstar players? |

| Training Camp wouldve helped, I'd see them at 9-7 or 10-6 because they wouldve played as well as they did in the last few weeks earlier in the season... I think Samuel is better than Asomugha tbh... Safteys are young and inexperienced, DC is just not fit the position... Give it up Juan.... Bring in Spags, drop the wide 9, and go get em next year. And please hand the ball off more to your best weapon, Shady McCoy. |

@ Spicy
With all the FA acquisitions it was harder to build chemistry on a good Eagles team, which is part of the reason why. I know that excuse is old, but its like the Heat. Slow start, hot finish. |

the cincinnati bengals had two new quarterbacks, a new OC and a new star reciever the 49ers had a new, rookie, head coach. the NFL usually gives teams extra time during the offseason if they had a coaching change
how come these teams did way better while the eagles did worse? |

Poor additions that doesn't play well with the Eagles play style.
In Oakland Nnamdi played very aggresive with a lot of physical battles, look at what he is doing in Philly. |

| Defense is wha wins games, you can bring in a new coach and still win games, take the Colts for example they still won games with a new head coach, doesn't matter f they had Peyton they still won, The bengals didn't bring in a whole we defense, neither did the Niners, if you looked at last years Eagles you would know what I mean when I say their defense sucked this year wit all the new accqusitions. |

@yonnd That's another one of my points Nnamdi Asomugha is no where near as aggressive as he was in Oakland. |
