Um Yes just get JDK 7 download it
Now this will get complex You will need -Administrator Rights -Windows Based OS -JDK 7 Bin Path
kk so first
Right click on my Computer>
Then go Properties>Advance>Enviromental Variables
Then On User variables for (Logon name here)
press New
Name: Path Value: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0\bin
To test it open Command Prompt and type Javac

Eclipse is nice, but if you want to do GUI stuff easily, netbeans has a visual arranger.

| Just use Eclipse and whatever it comes with, you won't notice any difference from choosing a specific kit unless you're on a Linux system. |
