Really? Last time you played us, Foster got 39 yards. We've been a top 5 defense for YEARS, if not the entire DECADE. Inconsistent? Yeah, right. |

>implying i'm a texans fan
and yes, you are inconsistent in 2002, THE CLEVELAND BROWNS allowed less points than the ravens from 2005 to 2007, you went 6-10, 13-3, and 5-11 that's the very definition of inconsistent you lost the division to the bengals twice, one of those years was when roethlisberger was in a post super bowl funk, where you should've won the division without trying you beat the steelers, then lose to the seahawks
and considering how the ravens operate under the moronic "defence wins championships!" philosophy, how come they haven't won any championships? |

6-10 was before Mcnair. 13-3 was with Mcnair. 5-11 was when we had one of the most talented teams in the NFL, but had half of our starting roster injured. When we lost the division as of late to the Bengals (Three years ago?) Our offense was still rebuilding. Oh, we beat the Steelers, then lost to the Seahawk. Woo! Okay? Your point? We could of VERY easily gone 14-2 or even 15-1. Our offense had completely shut down in Seattle, (Our defense kept us in the game) Jacksonville (Our defense kept us in the game) Tennesse (Our defense kept us in the game). San Diego was just a bad job by the team all around. So, the only inconsistent year I see MIGHT be in 2002. |

and forget the defence, what about that offence? since you're facing one of the best defences in the NFL this year, what do you think the incompetent joe flacco will do against them? the texans picked off andy dalton three times. he had one pick in his previous six games |

Incompetent? Really? Flacco had 300 yards against you last time he played. Rice had 100+ yards against the amazing Texans defense. We beat them with Schaub. We beat them with Schaub and Johnson. You're defense, has arguably gotten worse since then, our offense has gotten better, as with our defense. Home field will also play a huge role, being that M&T Bank Stadium is one of the toughest places to play in the NFL. |

excuses, excuses, excuses
if that defence is really good, it can keep them in games even if their offence is rebuilding. you won the super bowl with trent dilfer. that defence is inconsistent,
and in those games, the defence didn't help at all those quarterbacks for those teams just ran the ravens up and down the field |

You stopped talking about the past, wonder why? Losses happen, that's bad to you? Yeah, we DID win a superbowl with Trent Dilfer, because our defense was one of, if not the best of all time. I don't see how that's inconsistent. |

joe flacco is a phony quarterback. he'll throw for 300 one game, then struggle to complete passes on any other game. ray rice will be shut down and that defence is still stacked, and managed to shut down the run against cincinnati if the jaguars can stop ray rice, anyone can
"because our defense was one of, if not the best of all time." the best? AHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAH quarterbacks the 2000 ravens faced: kordell stewart, jay fielder, akili smith, tim couch, brad johnson, a very old troy aikman (7 tds, 14 int that year), ryan leaf, jake plummer (13 td, 21 int), brian griese, and kerry collins
yes that must have been very difficult for you
and M&T isn't a hard place to play at all, considering how they're 1-2 there in the playoffs there |

| I'm not gonna pick this week because I think each team has a good chance to win... Even NYG and Denver have a good shot to win this week... This weekend should be a great football weekend... Not gonna miss a single game. |
