Title: The Ballad of an Adventurer
Genre: Medieval RPG
World name: Archaos
Storyline: You wake up in a dungeon in the Kingdom of Archaos. You have to escape the dungeon. You then take refuge in a small town. You meet someone you can trust, asking why you were thrown in a dungeon. He reveals to you, that you, have a sacred sword known as "Shifted Silver" since it is made from a shifting silver that pierces flesh with burning ore and turns the blood into hot molten silver. Basically from there on you battle creatures and escape your captors who are following you. You realize the king of Archaos is greedy and wants your sword so he can continue tyranny. Oh, greed... In the end you assassinate the king of Archaos and you take his throne, beginning a new rule of freedom and justice. [Insert Cliche Crap Here].
Map of Archaos: > The Mouth of Mother Earth - Cave > Tempest Peak - Moutain the Mouth of Mother Earth is in, also with a Monastery where you can learn magic/ > The City of Jalasar - Capital of Archaos > Whicker Valley - Town you take refuge in > Brimestone Dungeons - Dungeons outside of Whicker Valley > Other small villages and wilderness - Places to explore/kill monsters and etc.
Terrain: Mountainous, rivers, evergreens, deciduous...
SO. ANY SUGGESTIONS AND IDEAS?

I saw it but never really read it since I was lazy. I'll go read it now. I'm pretty sure the set up is pretty good.
I may make it an obby. |

RPG building tips:
RPGs are extremely fun to build, but you have to know what your doing.
-Smooth every surface to prevent lag. Also don't use any material that isn't plastic, unless it's for your monsters. -Get monsters that actually fight back, not the common ones that just follow your torso. -You have to have a weapon loader script. I've got one in my models. -Be creative! -You only need a maximum of two monsters per type. -Keep monster levels consistent. Not just a level 1 then all of a sudden a level 6 then a level 24.
The main thing is to be creative.

| Woah this is a really good RPG, but did you make special dungeons for bosses? If so, do and add a jail with some people that carry information and you have to battle. |

| Judging by the story, I guess everyone will have/start off with the Shifted Silver? |

| Come to think of it Walyn actually just pointed out something bad, I think you should earn/find the Shifted Silver when you get to halfway of the story. |

| Alternatively, you start with absolutely no clue how to effectively use it? |

Not a good idea for the earlier monsters, there's usually 10 people killing the first monsters.

| Good point. How about a part of it is missing, and you get that part after killing a high ranking person near the middle of the RPG? |

I have in interesting yet may be complicating idea, how about if you do start with Shifted Silver, it will contain different moves that you earn everytime you level up, a max of 5 moves can be in the Shifted Silver, so basically its like Pokemon, if you learn more than 4 moves and you learn a new one you must delete one of those 4. And if you dont add the Shifted Silver at the beginning you should earn it by killing a boss at a common level for tough bosses like 20-29. I have no idea where Im going with this because I just lost track. |

| I think I know what your saying... but I've never heard of anything like that being done before. You'd probably have to script it from scratch... which would take awhile. It's a good idea though, you mean add different attacks onto old tools, right? |

@Roman
That's a great idea! You know how on some new gear, you can press "Q" or "X" or "Z" and it will allows you to use another move or fire a different projectile?
Well what if we took those scripts and toggled them so that you had to level up to use them. |

@DrDooomBringer, about using keys to do actions, simply use a tool. The sword should be based on "not clicking" functions. To fight you have to use keyboard and shift make your running, Ctrl make you crouch, etc...
I can help you making thoses scripts if you need help abou that.
