Recently reinstalled Windows. Whenever I go on a game it either:
1) The website crashes (On ROBLOX Browser)
2) Immediately after everything has loaded the place says "You have lost connection to the game" (On Google Chrome)
I'll give computer specifications if needed. |

I have literally EXACTLY the same problem as you, except I haven't noticed the website crashing
It could be that I recently installed a new graphics card, but to install the drivers I had to reinstall windows |

Wait, problem resolved.
A friend told me to restart my computer, which I actually should have done the whole time. |

Wait, scratch that, only worked once.
Now I'm back to the same problem despite restarting computer. I'm really glad I didn't buy BC otherwise it would've been wasted money if this issue isn't resolved. |

@Dragon
Computer had random power offs after 10 minutes of starting. I couldn't find the cause and decided that reinstalling windows would be the best way to go. |

| It's also worth noting down that there was no warning regarding these power offs, it randomly occurred and there was no apparent reason. |

To put it in more detailed terms.
ROBLOX Browser: After several minutes of even browsing around, it says "An unexpected error has occurred and ROBLOX needs to quit. We're sorry!" and then the page just shuts down, predictably. It also does this whenever I press the play button for any game.
Google Chrome: Seeing as the default ROBLOX browser failed to function I tried using my regular browser. Whenever I visit a game it successfully loads the place and immediately after it says "You have lost the connection to the game." leaving me no choice but to leave the game. Whenever I browse around the ROBLOX website on Chrome pop-ups occur claiming that Chrome needs to shut down however it never shuts down anyway.
ROBLOX Studio: I haven't actually tried much with this but I've recently had problems with inserting models and decals. Opening a place file works fine though. |

Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3
I think it might have been my Anti-Virus causing it. |

Assuming it's 32-bit, I have the same (except Professional edition)
And I don't think it's a problem with any anti-virus. |

Has anyone got a solution to this? I've tried:
1) Uninstalling and Reinstalling ROBLOX.
2) Restarting computer.
3) Disabling Anti-Virus settings. |

Defrag
Remove excess junk like unplayed games and stuff
most of the time its something to do with virtual memory or something
roblox crashes because it has little to no space to load |

@ Artia
Problem started when I had literally just reinstalled windows, and all I had were the drivers, Roblox, and NFS Pro Street (from a disc, not downloaded). |

| It turns out that it was to do with my Graphics card. It had clogged up with so much dust that it couldn't actually run correctly and that also explained the random shutdowns on my computer prior to reinstalling windows due to the fact that the Graphics card was heating up beyond its average level and a safety protocol on my computer shut it down whenever it got too hot. |

| You could just try it on another computer if you have one. I have problems like that too with my laptop. You could just try checking for protection walls, age restrcition,or maybe just cleaning out your window or just redownload it. |

That shouldn't explain the disconnection at all. Like I said, this is a brand new graphics card that I'm running |

I believe it's a problem with chrome.
Exact same thing is happening to me on chrome, some random error message pops up from time to time, sometimes it says the roblox plugin has errored, whenever I enter a game it disconnects me either right after everything loads or a few minutes after.
I seriously don't wanna use that excuse of a browser internet explorer.

Try using roblox studio. Works better for me than anything so far, it's alittle bit slow but eh. If you don't wanna use roblox studio then try reinstalling chrome or something.
