| You're most likely plugging it in the wrong place. |

| Wait, I'll help. Is your Flash Drive formatted to carry Xbox Live data? |

Well, the problem with most modern flash drives and gaming consoles is that they need to be formatted to carry game data. You may think you have, but you most likely haven't (Sorry for assuming if I'm wrong).
If you want to try, go to your System Settings and go to Memory. Look at your detected drives to see if the USB Device is there. If it it, select it and go through the process to format it.
If not, then I'm honestly not sure. |

| What's the folder's name? Click Control Panel in the Start Menu and search it's name. Then it should come up. |

That one guy is probably right, it needs to be manually formatted.
Anyways, perhaps you need to go into system preferences and go to "Computer" for the computer, and look for whatever your flashdrive is named. It shows up there, if it's actually working.
If not, there's a good chance the plug-in is burned up. |

Woah dude, I got the exact same problem. I'm just trying to help. Let me turn my Xbox on now and sign out Live...
Ok. Go to System Settings, and there should be a little box (This one if you have Xbox Live) or a little sort of rectangle (This one without Live) and it has the words "Memory". It should list all the memory devices associated with your Xbox. Now if the "Memory" bar is there, and your Flash Drive is listed as a memory device, press 'A' and click 'Format'. This will format the device to carry Xbox Game saves etc. etc. etc.
Hope this helped =) |

@Stil
If it's not there, there's a good chance either the plug in, or the flash drive, has burned up. I've had flash-drives that I bought, that were already burned up. It's possible. |

Ok, well you won't get much help if you rage all the people who know what you're talking about.
Maybe you dropped it by accident or something? Also take a look at the brand, not all of them are XBOX compatible. If you want one that will work, buy a MICR0S0FT/XBOX USB drive. Then it will DEFINETLY work. |
