One where you aren't shot at for existing,
one where you aren't hunted down and killed by people using 1 hit kill guns,
one where the members of the clan understand logic and reason,
one where the clan members don't regain the health they lose instantly.

It should menace with spikes, and be made out of soap.

There should be traps everywhere.

The rooms where nobles and generals and such stay should be even more trapped. Bonus points if the noble dies - they were not fit to rule.

Elaborate mining operations. Lots of them.

Getting inside should require time, effort, planning, and expendable goblins.

More elaborate mining operations. All of them.

Strike the earth, unleash the circus.

Bonus points if you know what I am referencing.

WIJ HQ. That's what you should emulate, although not in design. Then your group will look like a bunch of wannabes, and we don't want that.

Well its supposed to be unfair. Unless its meant to be raidable, then of course you are gonna make it unfair. If the other teams doesn't want to raid it because its unfair then thats thier problem.

It should be guarded by AIs and not players. Then the players who aren't in the group should only be attacked if they attack someone and/or steal something. If there's a group meeting,just lock them out or :Destroy() their player and have a hint at the top saying that there's a group meeting going on so they can't currently enter.

Raidable bases should always be fair; raiders wouldn't be stupid enough to go on a long mission to attack a base with just a throwaway pistol, would they? It's highly likely raiders would have at least the same weaponry as their opponents before they would dare to give the order to attack. Try to simulate that in some way, please

-Give raiders and clan members at least somewhat balanced weapons
-Made a turret of some sort? Great, but it isn't realistic that you can't kill it... Make the turret have health. Raiders can shoot it to destroy it. Clan members can repair it.
-Same with vehicles, planes, etc
-Make it so raiders can actually take the base. IE, raiders take it, they now spawn inside and clan members outside, and vice versa if clan members retake
-Cash system, you get money for killing enemies: the weaker the gun, the more money you get for making a kill

:) i lol'd at Xsit's points,but yeah what he says it very true,i hope you keep those points in mind.
Try to make it very tactical
Add alot of things that can change the tide of battle.
E.g destroyable buildings
-Explosive barrels
-Seige
-Fog
-Weather like rain,snow (Snow makes you drain hp)
-Time
Capurtable mini bases (Which give you better weapons when you spawn there)

My dream HQ: Large island, with three main docks and a hidden one. The top of the island would be the main HQ built around a volcano. The center of the base would be open so lava didn't melt the place.

Volcano lava cannon?

I think it should be surrounded by a moat and falling into the moat will kill you. Also it should be raidable. The raiders should have a slight disadvantage, not a huge one like most forts. And I think there should be locked doors to key rooms like weapon rooms. You would have to find a key to get in.
