how long would it take for it to completely defragment my C: drive?

i didn't put it on auto for who knows what reason.
and i can't sleep with my computer running overnight. it makes it hard to breathe.

| Depends. Defragmentation will depennd on how much stuff you've put in your hardrive. So if the hardrive free space size is smaller than it was 3 years ago, then you won't have to worry that much. |

| Defrag your hard drive so that you can defrag it faster in the future. |
