---------------------------- [TRAINEES] ----------------------------
This guide will focus on STA guidelines and rules, such as 'how to get promoted' and eventually become a Shock Trooper.
[Information about the STA]:
First off all, what is STA? STA is the Shock Trooper Academy. Trainers, when training, specifically state that the training they're hosting is an STA training. If they do so, you know that the training is going to be STA caliber. STA trainings are tough, and mistakes are not tolerated. If you behave immature, rude, or disobey clear rules, you will not proceed in STA.
The goal is to become a Shock Trooper, WIJ's most elite fighting force who has proven themselves to be extremely capable in battle. We only want the best of the best. Some of STA's cadets might never be STs.
___________________________________________________________________________
[New system]:
As of the 29th of December we have introduced a new system. Now what does this system include?
-New promotion system for Tier 3's: Points can only be given at trainings which where hosted by a trainer or instructor. In order to get promoted to Ready for Review, you have to reach atleast 15 points. Yet, you can only earn one point per training. Now, if you reached 15 points you are required to be patient; An instructor will select you to do a test, which might get you accepted into the Shock Trooper Devision. If you do not recieve a test, do not bug an instructor. As this will significantly decrease your chances.
___________________________________________________________________________
[STA Acceptance]:
In order to get accepted you must meet the following requirements: #1: You are required to be an operative. #2: Have atleast 2,000 Knock Outs.
If you believe you meet these requirements, you have to message Basketsgolba. He will ensure a quick acceptation process.
___________________________________________________________________________
[Tier progression]:
Tier 1 > Tier 2 To advance to Tier 2 you need to perform extremely well at a training which is held by and STA Trainer or instructor, yet you are required to convince your trainer that you are 'ready' for a promotion.
Tier 2 > Tier 3 To advance to Tier 3 you need to perform extremely well at a training which is held by and STA Trainer or instructor, yet you are required to convince your trainer that you are 'ready' for a promotion.
Tier 3 > Ready for Review To advance to Ready for Review, you have to reach atleast 15 points. Points can only be given at trainings which where hosted by a trainer or instructor.
[Ready for Review to Shock Trooper]:
Ready For Review > Shock Troopers In order to be accepted in the Shock Troopers group you need to be checked by either a Shock Trooper Major, the WIJ Marshal or WIJ Chairman. If you get demoted back to Tier 3, that means you have to start over with earning points. If you get demoted to Tier 1 and get accepted in the Shock Troopers group, you're in.
___________________________________________________________________________
[Training Etiquette]:
-Always wear your uniform in training. If you're not wearing your uniform, the trainer has the right to kick you. -Be quiet when a trainer asks you to. A trainer has the right to kick you if you do not. -Do not beg for a trainer to hold a training or to join an existing server, as you risk a demotion if you do. -Stand in line, wait for the trainer to come. Or even better, do something more productive like protecting a base and checking if a trainer has arrived every one in a while. -There may only be be maximum two trainers per training, yet if the head trainer does not wish to recieve aid, he has the right to remove the second trainer from the server. -Always obey your trainer(s). If you do not, he/she has all right to kick you from the game. -Stay mature. If you do not, he/she has all right to kick you from the game. -Think before you act. -Perform the best you can.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------- [TRAINERS] ----------------------------
[Role of a Trainer]:
Overall, Trainers are promoted in the STA to train Trainees. Their main priority should always be the training of STA members however, if they wish they may also include WIJ members in this training to fill some empty slots – that will otherwise be a waste of someone’s training. However they will be required to inform the members outside of STA that no promotions can be given as they are unable to promote them in WIJ. Afterwards, they must send the WIJ Promotion list to WIJPromotions. And Obviously the STA Promotion list to STAInstructor. ___________________________________________________________________________
[Becoming a Trainer]:
The path to becoming a Trainer is not for everyone; only the best will be chosen. If you do not meet the cut, then you are simply not ready. The quality of Trainers is vital; they will be required to share their knowledge and skill to pass on to their trainees; the future Shock Troopers.
To even be considered for Trainer you need to have graduated from STA, this is important as you will gain an understanding of what STA is about and how to run your training sessions. Note: The test can be found at: http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=54556110 ___________________________________________________________________________
[Points]:
As a trainer, you may give Tier 3's points. You can only give one point per trainee. (At one training) You MUST report to the overseer who you gave a point! If you do not, you will get punished.
___________________________________________________________________________
[General Rules]:
- Do not lock servers unless you have permission from an Instructor. - Never allow the trainees to choose the program, you are incharge and therefore you must act like it. - Make sure that all rules are clearly explained and ensure that they are followed by all trainees. - No uniform, no training. Kick those that fail to change into uniform. - If a rule is broken then firstly warn the person, if they continue to break rules then kick them.
___________________________________________________________________________
[Locking Servers]:
- Do not lock servers unless you have permission from an Instructor. - Locking servers prevents others from entering the server, therefore preventing trainees from training. This completely goes against the reason for training. - After you receive permission, you are to ask that Instructor to contact all other Instructors that are online with a message stating that you are allowed to lock a server. I know this seems time consuming but if an Instructor is looking for you, it is absolutely necessary. - Violating these rules will lead to warning for the first time, demotion for the second time, and exile for the third time.
___________________________________________________________________________
[Training Rank Priority]:
- There should be a maximum of two people in charge of training, Head and Aid. Any more will simply wreak havoc. - The Trainer who starts the training is automatically Head. All other Trainers that come after him do NOT share his/her power, and will listen to the original Trainer unless given permission to have command. The Head has the option of appointing an Aid as necessary, but is not required. - Instructors, when entering the server, are required to be asked if they would like to take command. If the Instructor accepts, he/she will become the Head of the training and the original Head will become the Aid. The previous Aid will step down. - All trainers who are neither Head nor Aid have the option of training or leaving. - All trainers refusing to step down while violating one of these rules should be reported to an Instructor for disturbing training.
___________________________________________________________________________
[Training Report]:
At the end of every training all Trainers are required to send a report to STAInstructor with details of the session.
Things to Include: - Who earned a promotion. - Any trainees that have done well but didn't get promoted.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------- [INSTRUCTORS] ----------------------------
[Instructors Guide]:
-Has to check STAInstructor regularly and promote those on received lists. Don't be too easy on the people on the list, even if it says they have to be promoted. Always think twice. You may deny to promote people. -Has to evaluate a trainer every now and then to ensure quality training. -May exile/demote a trainer for a valid reason that can be explained to higher ranks, after asking permission from the WIJ Chairman or Basketsgolba. -May give Tier 3's with over 15 points a test. Make sure the cadet knows what it's like to be an ST, make sure the cadet is mature and skilled enough to be ST caliber. Question everything they should know. -Not every Tier 3 can become a Shock Trooper. Be ruthless.
___________________________________________________________________________
[Points]:
As an instructor, you may give Tier 3's points. You can only give one point per trainee. (At one training) You MUST report to the overseer who you gave a point!

| This seems like a slight waste of time to the tier 2s. After even 5 trainings, you will know if the person is good enough or not, why make it 15? |

The Tier 3's have to be determined. You can always use extra experience. |

| Yeah the 2K KOs is a bit too easy. I got my first 2000 KOs a week after I joined roblox due to just playing war games non-stop. |

Also for the 15 points, does it have to be a perfect training? Because it's hard enough to find a training with a trainer that I actually approve of. Much less a good training session. |
