No. Run with resistance or a certain amount of weight on your back.

Also, work on your core, and your arms. Work on your form, make sure your relaxed and level when you run, make sure your arms are going back not forward. The stronger your arms are, the faster you can pump. The faster you can pump, the faster you can run. |
