| I have received unreasonable bans NUMEROUS times with my Builder's Club main account. Every time I 3-mail info@roblox.com, I get the SAME automated message EVERY time. I feel there is NO customer appreciation or support. |

This is like 3 ideas.
1. Make the bans reasonable. 2. Fire the lazy mods and hire new ones. 3. Get rid of the bots replying to messages. |

Yeah. I know! This is what I put in:
pwnagelord1o1 xboxlivename, Dec-26 14:26 (PST): This user (link removed) said that I could buy his group for 3001 ROBUX. I bought the T-Shirt, and I have not gained ownership of the group. I have sent the user directions on how to give the group to me. He is (was by the time you may get to this message) still online, and will not reply. The worst part is, I got that ROBUX for the slightly passed holiday, Christmas.
Here's what I get:
Bob, Dec-26 14:39 (PST): Scamming is why ROBLOX does not support direct player to player trading. Some users will appear to offer you a really good "trade" and then take your tix/bux/assets without giving what they promised. Unfortunately, if this happens, there's nothing we can do to get your tickets, gears, hats or robux back. Don't lose out by agreeing to trade with them!
Instead, use the Trade Currency feature at ROBLOX to safely trade your tickets for robux and vice versa.
Be smart! If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. Remember to use the Report Abuse buttons located throughout the site to report users that are breaking ROBLOX's rules or have bad content.

@pwnagelord1o1: So you're complaining that you did something that isn't supported by Roblox and is against the Terms of Service, and didn't get any help? Wow...
@Idea: Support. The admins seriously need to get customer support figured out. If someone actually needs something fixed, they shouldn't get an automated response from their fail bot >_< |

| Everyone gets lazy... But I feel like mods don't take the job seriously. It's a privlage to be a mod and they just sit on their buts... And they ban people for weird things.. They should be focusing on stop ODing and stuff like that. |

@pwnagelord1o1: First off, you've no right to call me an idiot for knowing the rules.
Second, I did read your message. The paragraph about the Trade Currency does seem misplaced, but the rest of it is spot on. Group trading is both against the rules, and there's no official way to do so, so you take the risk of the other person not keeping his/her end of the deal.
So basically,
1. Your fault. 2. Don't call people idiots when you yourself are the one at fault. |

By you "buying" the group you are trading your tix/robux for their group which IS trading. It is you're fault for putting your trust in someone who wasn't going to hold their part. |
